A nice girl, politely explained how to send the parcel (she had not used Euromail before). Everything is fast, clear and easy)
I will use this mail more often now)
I had the temerity to believe in the high level of Euromail service. When I contacted the department at Romanovskaya Sloboda, I felt disappointed. I needed to pack a parcel, and after standing in a kilometer-long queue, finally getting to the coveted place near the cashier, I was stunned: there were no envelopes, no bubble wrap, no boxes. Just a shrugging employee. I'll give you one star.
Due to the fact that the road is busy nearby, you will not leave the stroller.
Accordingly, people with disabilities cannot climb there either.
After standing in line with a small child, it turned out that the parcel would not be given to us, because in the name of her husband and the cash on delivery is more than 1 ruble! When I replied that I was a spouse and would pay the cash on delivery myself, I was refused. Since when can't a couple pick up a package for each other?! Especially since my daughter and I have things there!
Until now, I have constantly picked up parcels at the post office for my husband, and he for me! Here, the logic is simply missing! You can't pick up a parcel without a number! She showed the number here, which means that her husband provided it himself. Accordingly, he is aware.
The administration and employees need to study paragraph 1 of Article 59 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family.
I'm not writing about the item, but about the mail in general!
They are disgusting about delivery. The product was not very fragile (varnishes packed in pimples) - they managed to break 2 pcs.
I will say one thing about this place, thank you very much to the operator girl who helped with sending the parcel. The fact is that registration and confirmation of the number on the site is constantly buggy and the code did not arrive. Naturally, this is a waste of time. The girl helped me, thanks to her. No, I will not praise the support service, minus. Change the system.
The department is normal, but with a customer focus, of course, so-so. An employee with a facial piercing sits with a tired face and doesn't say anything at all) okay, "hello, goodbye," I'll do without it, but you tell her: I need to get cash on delivery/send the package. And zero reaction) He just stares into the void, waiting for your actions. What to present? A passport? A phone number? The parcel code? Where can I sign? All information must be extracted. It happened more than once. This attitude is unpleasant. I understand it's a hard day, but the above is part of the job, I think. PS I have nothing against piercing, I just didn't see the girl's name anywhere.
