I wish I could put zero stars. This is my first acquaintance with Euromail. And such an unfortunate one. Unfortunately, I read the previous reviews very late. This department almost never works. As soon as I plan a trip to Smolevichi on my day off to pick up a parcel, they always send a message the day before that the branch is not working for technical reasons. In the period from 18.07 to 25.07, there were 2 days off and 3 non-working days due to technical reasons. I still can't pick up my parcel. The department worked for 3 days in 8 days. Is this normal??This is the first and last time I use the services of Euromail.
