I was asked to send my Canon g3411 printer by European Mail, I have never used this mail, but this time I decided to try it once they ask, and you know, I wish I hadn't done it. The printer was brought in a brand new box, not sealed, so that the operator could personally verify the integrity of the goods. Then they began to explain that it was impossible to turn over in any case, since there was a little paint in the containers. The answer killed: "We are not responsible for the form in which the goods will be delivered!" They mark "Fragile" with tape, write "top" with a marker. We hope for the best and that conscientious people work in the delivery. As a result, the person who asked us to send did not pick up the parcel, so we decided to recall it. What a wild horror we were in when they took out the box. Moreover, the box was at the feet of the operator. The top of the box was torn, as it was apparently placed upside down. Everything is torn on the sides, since they were apparently worn vertically, stupidly holding the box by the tape. Despite the fact that the weight of the box was more than 9 kg, if this tape had torn, I imagine it would have been. BUT..the shock was waiting for us further when we opened the box and saw the printer completely drenched in paint! The operator's answer is still the same: It's not our fault. A hint that it was not necessary to send at all then. OK. Good. Then why didn't the operator refuse to accept the package at all? If they had refused us, we would have simply explained to the man that it would be better to send it by Belmail (at least they treat the goods marked "fragile" in good faith), But no, this is their money, they earn on it.
So that's what I want to say, dear European Post delivery service, when you are so careless about other people's expensive things, first look at the price tag of this product on the Internet!
I really hope that our complaint will be reviewed and a positive response will be given! Since the printer is now just going to the trash.

I had to send a package urgently. I did not register the shipment on the online site. I came to the department, asked to register the shipment through their PC, to which the answer followed:- I don't have to register anything here for you!!! Go to the website, create a shipment and give the track number. And I'll just charge you for the shipment using your track number.
