Nikolai was unfriendly, did not greet me, did not specify in which package I wanted to send the parcel, decided to pack it at his discretion and said that "the employee decides what to pack the client's goods in", and refused to offer a different package (he packed two dresses that arrived in a package in a box). Referring to the charter, I showed who is responsible for the packaging and who packs the parcel, to which the employee said that if I don't like something, I can not send the parcel or write a complaint.

There is no place to throw the box away. It's very strange. The organization handles deliveries, most of which are in boxes. It is logical that some people take out the goods upon receipt so as not to carry the box..
I asked the operator where I could throw it, pointed to an urn with a lid, but this is just a mockery)) You can't even throw a small box into this trash can.
I had to take it with me. But next time I'll put it next to this urn.
