I was disappointed in the service. I have been using it for a long time, there are many questions about pricing (Minsk-Borisov costs 5p, Minsk - Smolevichi 4.5p although the distance to Smolevichi is 2 times less), but the last time I stayed standing and the driver did not let me into the minibus - it was the last straw. Situation. There is a route from Smolevichi (Zarechnoye settlement) to Minsk (metro station East). Sunday, 06/23/24. There is a queue, someone goes to the terminal, someone around the city. Everyone was always served before, but on this day the driver selectively sorted everyone, allowed only those who go to Minsk, did not let the rest. The logic of the owner can be understood - to earn more, but what is the intention of the driver? Where is it written that there are two categories of passengers? Where is it written in the job description of the driver of an intercity vehicle that he must not let passengers into the vehicle? When issuing a license to a transport organization - does the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Belarus also encourage this?
I'm attaching a photo. By date and by number, you can determine the driver's last name. In parallel, I will write a complaint to the Ministry of Transport with a request to sort out and clarify the situation. If it is possible to transport passengers only to the final destination, then it is my task to oblige the organization to hang warning signs.
