Good afternoon, YK Studio.
Unfortunately, I had to leave a negative review about my recent experience in your studio. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing.
The first manicure, performed by a TOP master, began to peel off after a week. I decided to give you a second chance and made an appointment with an Expert Craftsman before the New Year. Fortunately, the manicure was a success then, and I was pleased with Ulyana's work, although there were some minor questions about the evenness of the sawdust.
However, the third visit to Expert Master Alina left me completely perplexed. During the procedure, the master listened to music with headphones, was distracted by correspondence, and even worked as an administrator. Unfortunately, the hardware manicure was done roughly, and the skin around the nails stung and hurt for several more days. It was extremely frustrating, as I had never experienced anything like this.
The design turned out to be substandard and sloppy, and the old coating was not completely removed, which is completely unacceptable for the work of an Expert Craftsman. I expected much more from your studio, and unfortunately, I'm disappointed.
I hope that you will pay attention to the qualifications of your employees and do everything possible to prevent such situations from happening again.

I have never written such reviews, but I have never seen such a terrible master's work anywhere! When I signed up, I specifically asked about a European / hardware manicure, so as not to injure the cuticle with a combined one. They said that two masters could do the hardware and signed up for an "expert" master Alina for manicure and extensions.
The "expert" is a master who injured all his fingers while doing a HARDWARE manicure! Instead of carefully filing the cuticle with a cutter, she tore whole holes under the cuticle until it bled. The question is, why was it necessary to tear the cuticle so much? Does she even know how to do a hardware manicure? If not, then why do the administrators put it on such a manicure? Even a beginner would have done it more accurately, but here the expert is a master and such a disgusting job. I'm already silent about the small cuts that she made, but I asked for the large wounds to be treated myself, because the master herself did not think of it. Apparently, this kind of work is the norm for her. Then she started sawing her nails with a nail file. And those fingers that she didn't injure with the cutter, she tore with a file🤦🏽♀️ Disgusting rough work. There is no neatness and professionalism at all.
In addition, she ordered pizza with other craftsmen and went away several times during work, I think there is no need to explain why. Well, yes, I can wait for the master to have a snack and chat with other masters. Probably eating pizza is much more important for master Alina than doing her job efficiently.
I regret that I did not leave immediately at the beginning of the manicure, when she had already torn the cuticle to blood. Naturally, the large wounds became inflamed and healed for about a week. I really want to believe that at least they sterilize the instruments responsibly.
The receptionist didn't even ask if I liked the manicure, apparently she was already aware of the "professionally" done work. The only thing is that Master Alina offered to make me coffee several times. But when all your fingers are cut and hurt, you want to leave as soon as possible, and not drink coffee.
There are a lot of questions to the owners of this "salon", who call expert craftsmen people who cannot do basic work efficiently. Is it normal for you that your masters allow themselves to go out to eat and chat while working? Thanks to such masters, this place does not pull on the salon, an ordinary eatery with a good interior. I definitely won't go there anymore and I don't advise anyone.
Get better at the qualifications of your masters and check their professionalism before calling them "experts". And explain to them how they should behave in the workplace. And it is better to recruit really professionals, and not just anyone. Because an expert craftsman who cannot perform an elementary hardware manicure is the bottom.

I highly recommend a massage. The master here is a super professional. I leave the salon, I immediately feel the difference. The price of a full body massage is more than adequate.
I do not recommend manicures and pedicures, only as a last resort. I did it at the top of the master and when I came home, I also sawed off the protruding corners. My manicurist would never allow such a thing, so to wash it down for a month in advance (

Once again I visit and make sure that it is a completely disgusting place. I go to another salon, everything is always fine. I rarely periodically go for a manicure / pedicure in YK studio (I don't have time to sign up for my own) to top masters and I'm amazed every time! It's terrible, I'm definitely not going there anymore. After the last visit, the master said that the nails were very sawn and the corners that need to be grown were cut off, the manicure was painful, the cuticle was cut off so that it became inflamed. Once they dried it badly, another time the master with such a face did a manicure as if I owed her money. The receptionist is always polite, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the quality of the work is poor. It's really like interns do it, but you pay like in a great beauty studio. I really don't recommend it.

Awful. At first, the nails began to crack at the base. However, they offered to repair it for free without any problems. That same evening, they cracked again... they redid it again. But! The nails cracked again, on the evening of the repair day!!! And it's not 1 or 2 nails.... I sent a photo in a personal account to the salon. This is the first time I've seen this in 5 years. I didn't even write a third time. I went to a man to redo it. The gel polish was removed, the master said that I had a base instead of Gel. All the nails are ruined. We had to shorten it and now we are restoring it. There are no questions for the administrator. The girl is good.

I love this place. The atmosphere is indescribable. Especially on a pedicure. You're sitting in a comfortable chair, watching TV shows, birds are singing next to you (there's a cage there). They always offer drinks and bring them with candy) milota. The girls are pleasant, smiling. The masters are all good, and the masseur Kristina is super! And, by the way, they will always find a window for you without any problems. I advise everyone!!!

A low-quality and painful (!) pedicure.
TOP master Alina, apparently, does not like her job very much if she performs the procedure with the most dissatisfied expression on her face.
Studio management, how do you select staff for top positions if an employee does not know how to work with different, including sensitive, nails? Isn't that what distinguishes a high-level specialist?
Alina was prevented from doing her job well by the past coating, then my sensitive nails, or maybe now retrograde Mercury, I do not know.
50 rubles for an uncoated pedicure, on which I felt like I was in a torture chamber, is a dubious pleasure.
I hope these funds will be used to train Alina's TOP master in the intricacies of the service and to improve her skills.
Is it so hard to just do your job well?

Beautiful, atmospheric, pleasant staff) I have long wanted to visit this salon.
We did everything beautifully, I came out with delight)
But after 2-3 days I noticed that the gel polish is soft and as if it is not dry enough. As a result, gel polish came off two nails, as if a thick good layer of ordinary nail polish and on New Year's Eve I was without two nails) I did it from a TOP master 😁
I gave the salon a chance and went for a pedicure again) everything was done neatly well, but after 2 days, as in the first case, just a soft gel polish and tears all over the nail) fell off)
Probably it's the quality of the gel polish, I think the cheapest materials are just poured into their bottles) eh, disappointed and I won't visit the UK salon anymore.

Women workers are generally like at a disco, who sleeps, who talks on the phone, who squeezes out a pimple, went to the complex with four hands, manicure and pedicure. That's horrible. The masters had one device for two, so they sawed my nails on my hands and feet with the same phrases. The first time I did eyelash lamination here-there was something to compare it with, I do it often-I didn't like it.
Well, about manicure and pedicure, the TOP masters have no words at all.
Instead of the stated 1.5 hours, the top manicure master took 2 hours like an ordinary master, the treatment was done dirty, and only after my remark the master corrected a little.A photo of a manicure every other day.
The pedicure was painted dirty, leaving traces on the skin, the specialist's hair constantly fell on my feet🙄 Foot treatment was practically not done at all, but the payment was taken.
In general, I had previously heard a lot of bad reviews about manicure, but decided to go and unfortunately, I was convinced myself.

Yes, pleasant music, beautiful interior, tea, coffee... but this is not enough, I would like to see a high-quality manicure and coating, I specially signed up for a TOP master so that everything would be beautiful for the event. The treatment leaves much to be desired, the coating is thick, and also with bubbles. Removal, manicure and coating with a small design cost 40 rubles. Beautiful photos are only on Instagram, but in real life they are very far from ideal!

1. I recorded it via Instagram. It turned out that a manicure was urgently needed. I managed to make an appointment the very next day without any problems, rather than waiting for the next appointment for 3-4 days.
2. The administrator and the masters are very pleasant. We helped you decide on the choice of color (otherwise, as usual, you come with one manicure design, you come out with a completely different one). All the craftsmen appreciate your time and try very hard to do their work efficiently and quickly.
3. They offered coffee/tea (also with you to take away) 3 times.
4. Convenient location in the city center.
5. There are complexes in several hands. If you are very lucky, you can get to a free master, for example, an eyebrow specialist, and do two procedures at once.
There is only one wish: add sea buckthorn color to the palette 🧡💛

Moreover, leaving the salon, I noticed stripes on 4 nails, I had to go back and correct mistakes. The top master's hair was constantly sticking to his nails. If this is a top craftsman and the price is higher than that of an ordinary craftsman, the quality should be much better. Because I was in a hurry and did not have time to ask why the service costs 47 rubles, I dialed by phone and asked the administrator, the cat could not explain. This was my first and last time in this salon.

I didn't like almost everything. I signed up for a 6-hand complex in order to do the procedures as quickly as possible. The eyebrows and pedicure were done well. But I had a manicure for 3.5 hours and then another master began to finish it so that it would not take 4. When paying, the administrator counted incorrectly, asked me to carry the money and pay extra, eventually transferred the amount to their card. By the way, I paid 27 rubles for a 4-hour manicure with a 10 percent discount. The impression is terrible.
