It's a terrible store, they sell illiquid, and they still don't warn about it. I came to pick up the goods - and it turned out to be used, so they just apologized without warning before the trip. In 2024, such charades should simply be closed, although with their attitude to customers it will be soon anyway.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars, it would be great. I made a pre-order on the website on 23.06, 24.06 they contacted me and told me that delivery was possible in the evening, or pickup from Denisovskaya in the morning. Since I needed balloons on Monday morning (my colleague was a doctor), of course I was satisfied with the possibility of pickup. But when we arrived at the point, it turned out that there were no cylinders and there was nothing to fill the balloons with. As a result, time spent, a spoiled holiday and an unjustified waste of time and gasoline. Why didn't the manager call back and tell him that there was no helium so that the client wouldn't waste time?! The question remained unanswered and is still open
