A very good studio! There are many yoga directions, I especially liked the classes on acro yoga. My level in yoga is not very high, but thanks to an experienced instructor, Sergey, it turns out to do beautiful pair assans.

Yoga Gift is a unique living space. The variety of practices pleases, excellent instructors inspire, and the space itself breathes love;) I think everyone will find something to do here;)It is difficult to convey in words - you must definitely try;)
