recently started attending Yoga Space, and this place pleasantly surprised me 🥰 The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, making you feel comfortable from the very first minutes. The instructors are true professionals—attentive to everyone, helping to master the techniques and adapt the practice to your level.
The groups are small, so you really feel an individual approach ❣️ After the sessions, you feel light in your body and peaceful in your mind. It’s also very convenient that there are different types of yoga and a flexible schedule.

A wonderful and magical place in Tashkent. I recommend visiting all directions, since classes are conducted by true masters of their craft, the administration will show you everything, tell you and help you. The studio has a pleasant and cozy interior, everything you need for classes is there. I would like to highlight my classes with Master Victor separately — I was lucky enough to get to a regular Taoist yoga class first, and then to a whole master class on human biorhythms! Delightfully. There is so much knowledge, strength and wisdom in the lessons. Once again, I cordially recommend visiting the oasis of creativity and yoga in Tashkent — Yoga space.

Good morning, everyone! I would like to thank the yoga studio for the variety of directions. It's very interesting, and it's also suitable for every taste.
Yesterday I went to yoga with Victor for the first time, it was the right time. I'll tell you, it's incredible! There was a complex, and yoga dancing, and hatha yoga..... The energy is crazy!!!! Victor is very positive, inspiring, and a master of his craft🔥 I got a lot of positive emotions, my body also worked out, I had a charge for the whole day, I didn't want to sleep at all. How many happy faces there were in practice, it's so energizing.
I thank Victor for the quality classes, and the yoga studio for the fact that you have professionals working in your field.🔥🔥🔥
