I ordered a pickup through the Setna website, they called, saying that the pickup time would be 2.5 hours later. I can do the shipping, but the pickup is 2.5!!! hour's. How can you spend so much time rolling???? She worked in the catering industry and is familiar with the cooking time of the dish. Only if the rice was not prepared in advance for that long, and then not 2.5 hours!
