But then the "shish kebab" stopped being a shish kebab, and became like meat dried in the oven. We are ordering from another place now. The price tag is the same, but it tastes like a real, juicy and delicious shish kebab, familiar to us. I've been using the services for a long time. But what happened to you. The order was preliminary. Per day. As a result, they arrived 1.5 hours late. They called the dispatcher three times and asked where the courier with the order was, the answer was that it would be like in 15 minutes. As a result, we asked to dial a courier, and as it turned out, the courier was not on the road all this time, but only picked up the order.
As a result, the meat was barely warm. And an hour and a half of waiting for the order, the guests ate snacks and there was no desire to eat kebabs. So also the courier did not give our order, as it turned out when we started unpacking everything. So someone else was unlucky too. Well, how can you work so badly!!!! They also promised that the deputy director would contact us to remove this incident. How can you understand that no one called? That's why this review appeared. Although I don't like to write negative reviews.

Ahahah, this is a great place! We were with a friend, I wanted to eat a barbecue at night))) The menu included chicken and pork, you could choose additives (+- onions, spices) if desired. The order was ready in 30 minutes. The meat was well done, but a little dry for me. overall not a bad place

For that kind of money, it's easier to bake meat in the oven, the same thing will happen. But I liked the mushrooms, but again, champignons are difficult to spoil)). The order was for 4 hours, the girl said that the delivery time of the order was increasing due to weather conditions (well, okay) let's wait, it's okay! But when the meat was delivered, it immediately became clear that it was warmed up and dry, yesterday's or cooked in the morning, I do not know 100%, but there was not even the smell of freshly fried shish kebab, you can not prove it! I know what a shish kebab (meat) of fresh pickling and frying looks like, it's hard to convince myself to cook! Therefore, it's a BIG minus, at least for today! Now it's worth considering whether to order next time! You can't lose customers like that! About a lot of orders, it makes no sense to consider excuses, you work in the food industry, so treat customers, well, it's not acceptable! Therefore, well, HELLO! Thanks!

The quality of the meat is OK, there is no fat and veins, but the hand does not rise to put a higher rating, because they ordered a barbecue, but they brought just tasteless pork, which was saved only by sauces. The concept of wrapping a "kebab" in pita bread upon delivery is not clear at all, because it turns into porridge. The onion is not processed in any way, it is just thrown fresh into the pita bread. It's expensive and pointless.

Dry, tasteless, without marinade.the onion is not pickled, as if boiled. The kebab is edible, but about nothing, without sauce. Suluguni's only good position would have been if he hadn't been burned. If you want dry meat, without smoke, without marinade, for 21 rubles (400g), then this is your choice.
