On the part of the doctor, there is open rudeness, discontent and ignorance, even disrespect for the elderly, despite her young age. During the examination of the animal, the veterinarian did not want to listen to the owner of the animal, interrupted, freaked out and got angry, dictated her orders, which of the owners should complain and when. When you come to a private clinic, you pay a lot of money to be humiliated by the staff?!We are simply outraged by this! I wanted to take a complaint book and write them a complaint for such an attitude!

In general, this vet clinic is not worthy of a review.
But I will write so that others know where not to turn for help with their pet!!!
Turned with a dog. They could not establish an accurate diagnosis. They named 12 diagnoses, presumably. They took blood for rapid virus tests - negative. They punched a vein in the dog. They poured blood all over the corridor... But this is still half the trouble ...
While waiting for the answer of the tests, at that time we went outside, because the room is very small and there is practically no place to wait. Only for 1-2 clients.
The following patients came to the appointment with a bigger dog. After the reception, they also waited outside, just like us. And at this moment, the girl with the dog says: Please move away from us, or else for different ones!
I clarified what kind of disease they had, to which the answer followed: Your dog is contagious, the doctor told us at the reception.
I am shocked by what I heard!!!
The tests are negative, there is no diagnosis!!! I wonder what kind of infection my dog had!?!
No ethics, no help from the specialists of this clinic.
Just because my baby wasn't feeling well, she didn't go to deal with them locally. I didn't waste any time and went to another vet.the clinic. Where the diagnosis was made correctly. Our girl had a collapsed trachea. Small dogs, as it turned out, do not tolerate heat well. And the baby does not have any infectious diseases. Regular vaccinations and checkups with a doctor.
In this clinic, they do not help animals at all, but kill them.
Repeatedly, I have heard only negative things about this vet from my friends.the clinic. I doubted it. But when I came across it myself, I believed it, having been convinced by my own experience.
Definitely - I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

The sterilization of the cat was successful, but we were told that we did not need to put on a blanket and process it, I trusted the cat, the wound began to fester. Because of this, it took a long time to heal, on the 7th day the wound was independently washed and treated, it immediately began to heal.
I would still recommend wearing a blanket, as all my friends advised me, but I did not listen ...

We would like to express our gratitude to the clinic "Your kind Doctor" and personally to Dr. Maxim Alexandrovich Jotilo for his excellent work in the sterilization of the cat, as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of the cat. As promised, after a couple of days the cat fully recovered, there was no need to process or remove the stitches. When the cat got sick, we turned to the same specialist. The cat turned out to be cured quite quickly, too.

We went to the clinic to enlighten the kittens on microsporia. I am outraged to the depths of my soul! It's good that after this procedure, I had a feeling of suspicion inside, because it seemed to me that the light was very inattentive and independently told the man with the lamp:. "Look at the tail more closely, but you haven't looked at the belly yet." The doctor's conclusion was that one kitten was sick, the other was healthy. Without hesitation, the next day I went to another clinic where, of course, with careful treatment, a larger number of foci were found in both kittens! The doctor generally understands the level of responsibility and that the disease is highly contagious to other animals and children, for example. Who would then be responsible if I released the second kitten to other animals and children!!!!! I do not know how animals are treated there if they cannot perform a high-quality procedure for which veterinary education is not required.

We signed up for a teeth cleaning for the dog York, initially the price was said from 15 to 30 rubles, everything was fine with us. We came to clean teeth from a stone, as a result we took 38 rubles, when asked why the price rose, we explained that we had given you a card, for which, in fact, we took the difference of 8 rubles. So that everyone understands, the card consists of two A4 sheets. The doctor's recommendations are written in a nutshell: apply dentavedin drops for 3-4 days. The fact of price changes, without discussing the services provided, categorically did not suit me!
Previously, we were in this veterinary clinic and everything was fine, both in terms of the cost of the services provided and the services themselves. Special thanks to the woman who hosted us earlier!
After what happened, next time I'll think about going to this clinic.
