The hostel is located in a fairly cozy place, a 30-minute walk from the train station to go there. For some reason, a free travel card in Ticino is given only with an action on the day after arrival (in other hotels in Lugano they were given right on the day of arrival). You can't get into the hostel after 22, unless you ask for a key secured in advance (this is written for those who will arrive late). There is also a special area for families with children, they can use the kitchen around the clock. For the rest, only at certain hours, which is not very good (but you can always take food from the refrigerator). Overall, it is a very comfortable place. A grocery store is nearby.
