I liked the staff very much, polite and pleasant, especially the man (I don't know who he works there, but very pleasant and easy to communicate!). The food is delicious. It was necessary to cook quickly and for a considerable number of people, the staff coped, although they were worried that they would not have time. It was fast, delicious, the food was hot, and empty plates were immediately carried off the table.

I celebrated my birthday at the Yula cafe on 08/16/2023. The experience is simply unforgettable. Very tasty and hearty cuisine, beautiful table decoration, banquet serving, attentive and friendly staff service, cozy, well-thought-out interior of the hall, refreshing air conditioning - all this creates comfort for relaxation. An incendiary live music program does not allow you to sit still, everyone started dancing!!! 26 people were invited to the banquet - colleagues, friends, relatives, but the atmosphere of the cafe united the guests, as if everyone had known each other for a long time. And, although it so happened that the event had to be held on a weekday and many people had to get up early for work the next day, the guests did not want to go home!!! Both I and the guests were delighted with the evening!!! My gratitude to the owners and staff of the cafe for the festive mood is simply boundless!!! I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend celebrating memorable dates and festive events in this cafe!

I really liked it! A large cozy hall. The proposed set of dishes and the volume of portions in 30 rubles. the order was pleasantly surprised, in 30 minutes. It is not possible to eat!

I do not recommend the institution because of the boorish attitude of the director, who was in the hall the whole event. At 10:10 p.m., he turned off all the equipment from the presenter, although he had not finished the program yet, turned off the air conditioner. In general, I spoiled the mood of all the guests at the end of the holiday.

It was an anniversary. The guest decided to make an additional surprise for the hero of the day in the form of a cake. When the cake was delivered before the event, the staff were outraged - they were not warned when ordering for the event (the order was made by the hero of the day), they do not have room in the refrigerator for the cake. But they still found a place for the cake in the refrigerator. At the same time, they warned that additional plates for the cake must be paid at a price of 40 kopecks per plate (August 2021), referring to internal rules. The guests are not proud - they ate a delicious cake from plastic plates.
The moral of this situation is as follows. Specify the cost of the obvious things.

Attention! When pre-ordering, they say one amount, the next time another, and then it turns out that you also need to pay extra for the chefs, they do not make cold snacks, do it yourself and bring it, and even you need to bring NAPKINS yourself. They will only cook hotter.
I would love to go somewhere else, but all this turns out at the end, when all the restaurants are occupied.
