The consultant was polite and friendly at first, as soon as she heard that I had a certificate, the greeting went away, the consultant said that then I needed to go to another store in the chain. When I saw that I noticed her rudeness, I tried to smooth over "no, well, you can try something on here if you want." The mood was spoiled and, of course, there was no question of any fitting for me anymore. I am a regular customer, I have several things from the brand (that's why my friends gave me a certificate). Please write directly on the certificate which specific store I should come to, if there is any rule within the brand (?), or teach your consultants to treat clients politely, even if they have a certificate.
