If you are delivering cargo from Russia to Uzbekistan, there is no doubt that this is an excellent company. They deliver without jambs. But if you need to be transported from China to Uzbekistan, you will be completely ignored for several days. You will not be able to pick up the cargo. You won't be able to send it yourself. And if you manage to "apply for packaging", then you will be faced with the charades of filling out various forms with a request to specify mailboxes, set the time to lock the door, etc.. Disgusting company. I will never contact them, and I advise everyone against it. Many other excellent companies are being delivered from China.

I worked with this company for more than 2 years, at first the delivery was 7-10 days, over time it became even better, delivered twice a week. Recommended the company to a lot of friends, because the guys really worked. Everything is without complaints, convenient, fast, quite normal feedback. However, quite recently it has become much worse to respond to messages, the parcel may not be sent for 2 or even three weeks, the invoice should simply be begged, and sometimes it is not provided at all. The last time the product lay for almost 2 weeks in the Moscow office, it was sent in November, when the duty appeared on this product. Of course, I had to pay the fee. I would not mind, but the goods lay for 2 weeks without movement, they would have been sent on time, there would have been no duty. But that's not the worst part. The goods were opened at the local customs, as a result of which he woke up when I received them. I offered the company to compensate my losses, to which the company offered only 50%, and sent an excerpt stating that customs has the right to do so. Since this course of events does not suit me, I refuse the company's services, at least until they put customer orientation as the basis of their work. Until then, I use the services of competitors.

I sent a nokia 125 phone from Moscow. By itself, this device is not expensive, moreover, it is also used. If you consider that you do not have the most attractive prices, then the new Iphone 13 pro max and the cheapest phone have the same tariff, this confused me. Pay attention to how much money they asked me for... Think about it.... They asked for $15. I paid the money. The young man said that they (yumex) work in white and all phones are imported to Uzbekistan legally and undergo IMEI registration. They asked for a copy of the recipient's passport. (in order for the yumex employee not to justify himself later, all correspondence is saved) In my case, this employee clearly explained that both SIM card slots will work as $ 15 is paid. And so I paid everything and everything is normal. It so happened that within a month he came to Uzbekistan himself and the phone I sent stopped working. It turns out that the reason did not pass the IMEI registration. I began to contact the Moscow branch and there they began to turn on the fool in themselves. The same story is in the Tashkent branch. It turns out that I paid $ 15 for sending and passing IMEI registration in Moscow and then in Tashkent another 150 thousand for 2 SIM card slots?! YUMEX merged neatly. I have been sending goods through YUMEX for 2 years. After this case, I refuse to use their services on principle. Such an unpleasant attitude towards customers.
Dear YUMEX team! If you are too tough to keep and fulfill your word, then do not promise anything and tell everything as it is!
