It happened that they ordered pizza and after an hour and a half of waiting, the waiter said that the pizza chef was alone in the kitchen and did not have time, since he first of all makes takeaway orders, and orders to the hall are the second turn. In general, we then refused pizza altogether, which spoiled the mood, of course.
-*previously, there was an opportunity to sing karaoke in this restaurant-club. The only place in the city where you could sing karaoke. Now it's been removed. Why?

To be honest, I've been to this restaurant once, but I didn't see anything wrong. It looks very decent, we were served just at the highest level, the staff is polite, the kitchen is excellent, the waiting time is acceptable, the drinks are delicious, we especially liked sea buckthorn tea, the atmosphere is ordinary, the cleanliness is perfect even in the toilet. Maybe we were just lucky, but our impressions were very good, I'll attach a photo later, if you can add photos here later.

Good afternoon! I celebrated my birthday on March 8th. As for the kitchen, everything was very tasty. but! An unpleasant impression was left by the addition to the account of 100 rubles.(There were no additional orders or other purchases). Initially, the order amount was less than the above 100 rubles. The question why the amount is different has been answered! Attention! The cost of meals has changed. There was no answer to the question why I was not notified about this in advance. The order was made a whole week in advance and no one notified about the change. It is possible that the guests will be in an "upbeat" mood and no questions will arise.
The moral of this fable is as follows. Specify the cost of the order upon arrival or in the morning so as not to get into an unpleasant situation and not spoil your mood.

It's a very strange place... We were here on July 22, 2023: The main entrance is blocked by a table, but the door is open, people are sitting! We were sitting on the open veranda, barely waited for the waitress, and several times asked to come to us! There's no waitress... They look at you like you have to! The attitude towards people is disgusting! Tea, coffee, desserts must be ordered separately at the coffee shop, i.e. you need to get up, go to the coffee shop, order there, pay immediately, then return to the table and wait for it to be brought!! Going to the toilet turned out to be a problem: upon entering the establishment, the female manager stated that the toilet was paid for those who were sitting on the veranda, despite the fact that the order was made and the veranda was part of the establishment! The prices are high- the quality is low! The last time we were indoors and ordered lunch, the second courses were brought cold and not tasty, and the soup was brought after we had already eaten! I definitely do not recommend visiting!

We were in this "wonderful bar" with a company of 7 people.
We settled on the terrace, when trying to get to the toilet, at the entrance the administrator notified us that we need to go to the toilet to the bottom (I will attach a photo below) since we do not have an average check per person for 55 rubles, that is, in order to go to the toilet, with a more or less pleasant view, you need to pay an additional 10 rubles per person for admission (and there were 7 people for a second), because God forbid, people will leak onto the dance floor.Our check at the end of the evening was in the region of 200 rubles, why for this money, which is not small for this city, given average salaries, people cannot go to a normal toilet, where did you observe this at all.??! The question arises to the administration of this institution, on the basis of which document do you set prices for paid admission, who sets the average check per person?Do you think your service is worthy of a paid entry?Or you take advantage of the lack of competition in this city and you can do whatever you want.

For a small town, this is the only night club. It is very upsetting to constantly pay for admission, before it was at least for periods, then it was paid, now it is constantly 10p entrance, not the level of the institution to pay for admission. The kitchen is so-so, they carry the order for a VERY long time, the kitchen is open until 23.00 or 00.00, and if you come later, then only alcohol can be brought. The guard is 1 person, there are a lot of drunks and they don't do much with them. I hope something changes, otherwise it turns into something else.

The mushroom puree soup was absolutely not pleasant.
It was as if a jar of champignons had been shaken into a blender running on its last legs, dumped this mess into a plate and flavored with croutons. No cream was added, nothing, just ground mushrooms.
"Chicken fillet with potato cream" - I understand that potato cream is a beautiful name for mashed potatoes, but... There were indeed three drops of mashed potatoes under the two pieces of chicken meat.. I don't know, the dish is basically delicious.
They gave almost 25 rubles for a full meal for two.
But improvements are needed in your dishes.
I am silent about the staff, I will only hint about the dress code and standards of behavior with visitors and, in principle, on the territory of the institution that you represent.
I understand that you should not wait for the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you have something to strive for.

They proudly call themselves a restaurant, in fact an ordinary cafe. The highest prices for food. One of the advantages... Unlike other Luninets establishments, there is a varied set lunch. The set lunch itself is selected from the menu. Usually there are two soups to choose from, 4-6 options for the second, three or four side dishes, salad, tea / juice. Well, that's probably all the advantages. Prices for the complex are 1.5-2 rubles higher than everywhere else. That is, the complex in the city costs 5-6 rubles, here from 7 (meaning salad, 1st, 2nd and drink). This is still acceptable, since there is a free seventh lunch system.
Further on the prices. A glass of juice costs a ruble, a liter of juice costs 2 rubles in a nearby store. If you bring juice with you, you will be kicked out. The food is all more expensive than in the neighboring cafes (the restaurant is the same). About the attitude. If you do not come in at lunchtime or on weekends, most likely you will not be fed. With great reluctance, you are told that the food will cook for forty minutes or an hour. They always refer to holidays and banquets that will be today or were yesterday. 90% that you will not be given soup on the weekend. If you ask for porridge for dinner, you are told that porridge is only for breakfast. For dinner they have only risotto - a spoonful of milk rice for the price of a car, the main name is loud. Scrambled eggs only in the morning, do not ask for them in the evening. They dared to ask for dumplings, they arrogantly told us that they had a restaurant and they didn't cook dumplings here. The guys probably don't know that the coolest restaurants always have dumplings in one form or another. The owner seems to be interested in the business, but the staff doesn't give a damn about the customers. Sleepy lazy flies. So for all the cleanliness, neatness and variety of dishes, only three out of five.
