If you want to have frayed nerves, wasted time, not falling into color (by the way, completely), sneers and mockery from the consultant at the reception - welcome, you are here!
First of all, the wish for the management is to replace the employee at the reception. After communicating with this person, an impression of your company is formed, and it was not the most pleasant. Besides the fact that the employee is incompetent, he is not the best person.
1) they came with a sample of a certain color - dark khaki, they got lemon yellow. When asked why such a color, we heard from the consultant only one thing - getting tone to tone (although initially he admitted that the color did not match the ordered one). Do you really consider customers to be idiots? Only when the management intervened (thank you very much) the color was changed to one tone. What's the point if he's not a dark khaki anyway?
2) after payment by ERIP, the question when it will be ready was answered - next week. Well, I assumed that not in a month, is it possible to specify the dates more specifically? When I was ready, no one called me back. The approach is this - you need it, you call.
3) after changing the color, they said it would be ready in the evening. Arriving at about 4 p.m., there was no order on the spot, the same consultant told me with a grin - why didn't you specify when in the evening, the car arrives after 18. And why, dear employee, do you mock your customers and can't say it right away? Besides, the man knew!!! that I don't live in Minsk and I have to drive 50 km to you.
The plaster had to be applied to another room, there was no more strength to swear. Maybe that's what it's designed for?
