The price-quality ratio is excellent. Staying for a day or two is quite comfortable. The double room has a separate kitchen type with a refrigerator, kettle, sink and a minimum set of dishes. The plumbing in the bathroom is of course "tired", but it works decently. The room (303 and 304, was twice) has a TV (Samsung, Philips), there was a balcony.

It's cold and inhospitable. The girl downstairs was already tired and unhappy by the evening. She had our passports dangling for 3 hours. In the end, we were checked out by the night receptionist (thanks a lot to her). And it's too bad that you don't have an elevator: tourists with heavy suitcases can climb to the 5th floor.... I wish you prosperity and development. It's a residential area after all.

The receptionists are friendly, 24/7 on site.
According to the interior and the location of the rooms in the corridor, it looks more like a dorm than a hotel, but it is much nicer than a hotel. Of the cons: there is no elevator.
We were in different rooms. Each room has Wi-fi, TV, kettle. There was not enough hair dryer and iron (+ according to the rules of accommodation, as I understood, they are prohibited). Combined bathroom.
Overall, it was cozy, and left a good impression.

It's terrible, cockroaches are crawling, dirt is behind the beds, wallpaper is stripped, repairs are like those of homeless people, televisions and sockets do not work. In one room, there's a square box in place of the TV, blood on the walls, a terrible shower, and spiders EVERYWHERE, absolutely EVERYWHERE.

I didn't like it, it's a terrible place. It's cold as a dog. Of the 2 rooms, one had no heating at all, the other had barely warm batteries and finger-sized cracks in the windows. We slept in our clothes. Maybe it's for 1 night in the summer, but in winter, by no means.

The best thing you can imagine in the budget segment. Yes, the Soviet Union, but there is everything you need! The beds are clean and fresh, the furniture is budget, but new. There is a shower with hot water and good pressure, a toilet and a refrigerator. There is a TV. Our room had a bathroom for 2 rooms, but we were with children, so it's generally super! There is a cooler on the floor. And you can check in around the clock! And most importantly, the price! For that kind of money, only homeless people can be rented.
In general, the union is in its best traditions! I advise you!

There were hotels in this hotel from 08/19/24 to 08/16.24 in a double room. The first two nights we thought that mosquitoes were biting us in the evening, on Monday morning my sister discovered that a bedbug was crawling over her, she raised everyone's ears, it turns out that in 511 double rooms the bedbugs that devoured us for 2 nights turned to the reception, we were moved to another room, without bedbugs. And in that room, the receptionist didn't even get up, so they knew they had bedbugs, and settled us with the children in such a room. As a result, we spent a lot of money to buy ointment and relieve itching. And the child turned out to be allergic and his whole body was blown away, arriving home tomorrow they will go to the hospital. When we left the hotel, we saw that other people had been moved into that room, although there was no processing of that room. It will be very disgusting if you also bring these animals home. After contacting the reception, the administrators tried to ignore us and looked at us like wolves of the people. If you are ready to feed the bedbugs, then you should go to this hotel.

We liked everything. We rented a block of two rooms. Clean bed linen and towels, everything is well cleaned in the rooms. I think laminate flooring is an excellent solution, so carpets absorb all odors. And here, it's very fresh in the rooms. Well, the prices are sooooo nice. They settled in. Come in to pay in 20 minutes. I arrive in half an hour - the documents for payment have not even started to be prepared. Wait. There is cold water in the room - a thin, thin trickle, the shower does not work, the sagging and torn mattress is not suitable for use, the door to the bathroom opens with a kick. We made a request to the administrator and warned that we would be away for at least 3 hours. After 5 hours, NOTHING has been fixed. After several reminders, the mattress was replaced, the faucet was replaced, and the lock to the bathroom was repaired. There is a children's camp at the hotel - children are children - and I can tolerate making noise and running wild, but a disco and a booth under the windows after 22 is too much. The administrator's reaction is to go deal with our tenants yourself. But feather pillows and Ilyich light bulbs in Soviet-era lamps are at your service.
