A new modern comfortable hotel.
There are gorgeous crystal chandeliers and sea views in the lobby. Repairs are being completed there now, so there are minor flaws.
Convenient location. You can walk to the sights of old Gagra.
A large heated pool with hydromassage and a warm outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea.
The hotel is located on the second line from the sea, but the road to the sea does not take much time and there is no need to climb stairs.
Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly, courteous staff.
Spacious room with panoramic windows and sea views.
The hotel left a very pleasant impression, I want to come back here!

We had a family vacation in August 2024 . The hotel is new, the rooms are modern, spacious, with a gorgeous terrace and sea views! A cot was provided for children 1.5 years old, and an extra bed for their daughter. I was pleased with the territory of the hotel, large with many plantings, I would like to highlight their 2 pools separately - an adult with a hydro massage and a Jacuzzi and a children's one (my son of 1.5 years really liked it ). We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant, the menu was varied, served like in the best restaurants, dinner every day was in a certain style (Italy, in the style of "Curry", A la Rus, etc.) At the request of a small child, a children's menu was provided. We will definitely return to Abkhazia and choose this hotel again, we hope that the SPA complex will be launched by next year!

A wonderful new hotel! Very tasty and large breakfasts, lunches and dinners are also very good! Bread, butter and water are brought immediately. Attentive and courteous staff. The rooms are great, everything is new. The view from the window is amazing! The view of the sea is spectacular throughout the day, the TV was never turned on, as the view from the window was simply mesmerizing. A very new, beautiful hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. We helped arrange food delivery in the late evening. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything is stylish. Cleaning is offered every day, a complete hygiene kit is provided and the bubbles are changed. We had breakfast at the hotel once - everything is very tasty and beautiful. The heated pool is open until about 22.00, everything is clean and well maintained.

Good afternoon! We had a rest in November, we chose hotels with a swimming pool. We chose this hotel, which is chic in all respects😍 There are no disadvantages! The hall is majestically spacious! The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. The views of the sea, mountains, nature, vegetation are gorgeous. The sunsets there are bombastic😍 The staff is sooo polite, friendly, helpful. The pool is simple, warm and huge. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, sparsely populated, without prying eyes. It is a pleasure to walk to the sea and along the old Mountains. The kitchen is at the highest level, the dishes, the serving, the price tag - everything pleased me. We recommend the hotel for a rest and really hope to return there again next fall.

I came to this hotel by accident, but I really liked it 👍

An unexpectedly aesthetic hotel with the same unexpectedly delicious European cuisine. There are a lot of really good hotels: all the necessary supplies (from shower gel to sewing kit); wonderful textiles (towels, bed linen, etc.), service… Not everything is finished yet, but the guests are not bothered with the renovation work. There are generators, so turning off the lights is not a big deal. And the cost for such a hotel is still affordable.

I stayed at this hotel in November, the weather was wonderful and the hotel was gorgeous! The hotel is new, stylish, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, both the interior and the food (I had breakfast), they are just at the highest level! The rooms are amazing, everything is new, comfortable, beautiful! The view from the room is either the sea or the mountains! Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious with stunning sea views. The interior is a little out of my taste - concrete gray ceilings, lack of overhead light. But the space and the view are captivating. The beds are good, the mattresses are comfortable. Bathrobes, towels - everything is there.
Very good cuisine - the dishes are delicious, beautiful, restaurant-level. There is a slight shortage of local dishes.
The heated pool is a special pleasure!
The entrance is a bit unclear and scary - we were guided by a collapsed tree and sagging wires.😁 The signs won't hurt further, for the first time I had to wonder if it was worth going further because the road looks like a quarry, not a good hotel.

I have been choosing for a very long time where to stay in Gagra.... After spending 3 days of active searching , I came across this hotel purely by chance ... and realized that it was what I was looking for) the hotel is perfect , the rooms are clean and cleaning every day, we tried everything , very hearty , delicious
I was sooo pleased with the staff, the restaurant and the hotel with a swimming pool 😍
The only point that I really hope will be fixed somehow .. This is an inconvenient check-in. We arrived in a Mercedes and barely drove into the parking lot of the hotel. We rented a car so as not to kill our own . And the last day at the hotel we left on our own business and barely climbed back into the parking lot ... the rubble flew off when they skidded and scratched the car on both sides .
There is no one 's fault here , they asked us how we got there and even put rubble so that the car could drive more comfortably . For such a prompt response, thanks to the hotel and the owners who care 🙌
Until they make a good road to the hotel, you can park your car in front of another hotel as a last resort) We did not regret that we stayed here , for me it was the most beautiful , ideal hotel in all respects ♥️♥️♥️

My family and I had a rest and celebrated the New Year at the Jupshara hotel, I must say that it was just an unforgettable vacation. The hotel is located in Staraya Gagra - a gorgeous place. The room is spacious, cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stunning sea view from the panoramic window. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious and beautifully decorated dishes, and the tables are set. There is plenty of swimming in the large, warm pool. A small warm pool with a Jacuzzi allowed you to relax after walks and excursions. Attentive and friendly staff were always there and ready to answer any questions. Special thanks to the manager Vladimir, polite, attentive, calm, ready to do everything in his power for a comfortable stay for the guests. In general, I can say that this hotel is an excellent choice for those who are looking for comfort, coziness and cleanliness.

I love Abkhazia, clean sea, beautiful nature, but unfortunately, it is extremely rare where you can eat tasty and high-quality food. The Yupshara restaurant surprised and pleased, delicious, beautiful and unusual presentation. The hotel itself was also pleased, spacious, well-equipped rooms, my room had panoramic windows, a huge terrace with sun loungers and sea views, but most importantly I got a great night's sleep, super mattresses, a set of pillows, silent air conditioning, and the morning began with swimming in the pool and hydro massage, not life, but a fairy tale!!!. I recommend it to everyone if you want comfort and goodies in one place.

A very pleasant hotel, a warm pool and a Jacuzzi are a delight even for a non-big fan of pools, top-level food, panoramic windows throughout the room, views of the sea and the atmospheric railway line (there are few trains, they do not interfere at all), there is a ping-pong table, spacious balconies in the rooms, New Year's weekend It was a pleasure, I recommend it.

It was with a beautiful slight sadness that I had to leave the hotel today. It's a pity that everything beautiful ends so quickly. I had to choose in a hurry, but I am very pleased with the result.
Beautiful spacious rooms (there was a suite with a sea view), a free large shower room with a huge mirror, which I personally really like, floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony with a coffee table - just the kind of room where you can comfortably relax after a day of adventures.
Breakfasts and dinners are pre-ordered according to the menu. Breakfast 1100, dinner 1400 (per person). The menu is extensive, there is plenty to choose from. Wonderful desserts! And the chefs cook delicious food. A pleasant addition to the meal is wine, champagne and vodka for stronger lovers, all locally produced.
On the 1st floor there is a pool with warm water. There is a separate children's paddling pool and a Jacuzzi.
The sea is within walking distance, but due to the winter arrival, I did not have to visit it often.
And the most unexpected and pleasant bonus is the guided tours included in the room rate.
I would like to thank Vladimir and the entire hotel staff for their comfort, care and hospitality!

We are vacationing this fall at this hotel. I liked everything very much. The pool is very clean. There is a children's pool with toys. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. The masters of purity are simply gold. They are finishing the territory, but this does not spoil the overall impression much.

This is a new hotel in Gagra, which, according to the staff, was built for 10 years according to an Italian project. It was opened very recently, this (2024) year. The hotel is located in a very picturesque location. It is clearly aimed at the category of demanding customers. I personally "bought" the photos of the rooms and the heated pool with Jacuzzi. The rooms at the hotel met and even exceeded my expectations, I must honestly say! But this applies only to the Suites that face the sea. It is somewhat strange, however, that the hotel does not have ANY rooms below the "Suite" category that would look at the sea. The standard rooms look towards the mountains and have a smaller area, although that area is quite adequate. Both rooms are modern, with new appliances and furniture, even the smell of new furniture can be felt. The beds, mattresses and blankets are wonderful. This is a huge plus compared to many other hotels in Abkhazia! But in the "Suites", the space is impressive right at the entrance. There are about 40 meters with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The usual rooms are about 20 meters, in general, this is also enough. It is a pity that there is no such room with a sea view. I really liked the decoration and the mirror in the bathroom.
As a TV, there is a big "smart Yandex TV" everywhere, which, if there is an Internet connection, will show you YouTube, kinopoisk, and broadcast channels. Unfortunately, it won't show without the Internet. But the Internet was there all the time, there were no problems with it.
The rooms have a kettle, tea and water, which should be replenished daily.
Unfortunately, there is no coffee machine (although it should be at the hotel level). Also, for some reason, even in the "Suites" there are no baths, although the area definitely allows. However, the manager told me that there will still be baths in some of the rooms.
Everything would be almost perfect if it weren't for one "but": the hotel is only in the launch stage, and so far not everything there has been debugged both from a technical point of view and from the point of view of the staff. The road from the highway to the hotel itself looks like the road to another abandoned building, and the hotel itself looks unfinished from the outside.
It's good that the administrator is constantly in touch via WhatsApp, and in general they answer questions quickly. It's bad that too many questions arise, although there should be almost none at the stated level of the hotel. When I first approached the hotel, I decided that it was a back door, but it was the main entrance, equipped even with a lock with facial recognition.
The design of the interior spaces is for an amateur, albeit modern. The ceilings are not finished in any way, this type of "loft" style, but in the corridors it looks quite strange.
Well, it's strange that in such a hotel there is no internal telephone in the rooms.. Communication in messengers is not convenient for all clients.
On the very first day, the air conditioner did not work in my room, but the receptionist quickly turned on the "automatic machine" on the floor, it worked. Then the electronic number lock failed (it just stupidly wouldn't close). The receptionist said that the next day they would invite a repairman (the room, let me remind you, just stayed open!). As a result, I "fixed" it myself, attaching my card to it several times to open the room.
It is good that the hotel has elevators and its own generator (in Abkhazia, the lights are turned off daily for 4 hours). Elevators also work with a generator. The bad thing is that the pool is not illuminated at this time, the Jacuzzi is also not working. The generator also gives a low-frequency hum, which prevents you from relaxing. But this is a common problem in present-day Abkhazia.
The passage from the hotel to the pool area now looks like a cold concrete hall, which is still being renovated (and it is).
While customers are swimming in the pool, workers can come up and pour salt into it. How is that even possible? Couldn't you find another time?
One day in the morning I hung up a "do not disturb" sign, but when I left, I changed this sign to "clean the room". When I returned, the room was not only not cleaned, but also water and tea were not added (I needed it more). I wrote to the receptionist about it, she was surprised, but sent the cleaner to me. When the cleaning lady came, she said, "in the morning you had a do not disturb sign." I replied that I changed it later. She replied that "then she had other things to do" (!!!) I brought water and tea. Is this the level of a good hotel?
Heating, unfortunately, like many places in Abkhazia, only with the help of an air conditioner, which had problems (one day it just stopped working). While working on the generator, it turns off, but one day it did not turn on after that. The administrators searched for the reason, could not find it ("the problem is not with us, but with the electrics!"), and offered me to move to another room on another floor. The air conditioner was working there. As compensation, they offered a glass of wine and dessert (thank you, they were good).
Breakfasts are optional, they are offered at a price of 1100r, and, in my opinion, this is too much. However, you can choose some separate options if you do not want to take the whole breakfast. One dish and coffee will then cost you 600 rubles. I wanted to have dinner one evening, I asked the waiter what time the restaurant was open. I was told that until 20:30. But when I went down there at 20:05, I was told that "the kitchen is already closed, the cook has already gone home on the last minibus." Guys, this is not how things are done! Here it is necessary either to change the cook, or not to make unnecessary promises.
At the same time, there are no places to eat nearby at this time. Only a tent on the highway, like from our 90s, where you can buy a chocolate bar and a "doshik".
On the day of my departure, the manager came up to me to talk (thanks to him for that), we discussed some of these problems with him, he is aware of many things, of course. But the decision to sell rooms in an unfinished hotel is not his, but the owner's. Usually, discounts are made on them, indicating that the hotel is still under completion.
But there were no obvious discounts on the rooms, even though it was already out of season.
The hotel has very great prospects, but only if all such minor "shoals" are eliminated.
Otherwise, discerning customers will choose other renovated hotels closer to the sea, they are literally right next to the bottom.
I sincerely wish the hotel administration to fix all the unpleasant little things and meet the next season "fully armed"!

On the recommendation of friends, I booked a suite at this hotel. We stopped by on Friday evening, left on Sunday at two in the afternoon (kindly allowed late check-out without extra charge) there were four of us. Me, my wife, two children. Two nights and breakfast for the whole family on the set menu cost only 21,600. Great. The cuisine is delicious, photos of dishes are attached. The hotel is at the stage of final opening. The room is clean, everything is new, a huge balcony with sun loungers for sunbathing in the summer. The pool is open, the temperature was 31, the jacuzzi was 35. We were alone at the water treatments. The service is polite. Good bathroom accessories and cosmetics. A comfortable bed and a high-quality mattress, I slept like a baby. The location is convenient as you can walk to the old Gagra and a little further to the new one. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation. Prices in the bar and in the kitchen are low. The hodgepodge is super, the pasta is hearty, everything is fresh. Management monitors the level of service provision.

Stop looking for a hotel in Abkhazia! This is the best place for a family relaxing holiday! We had a rest at the end of August with our family! The hotel is brand new, clean ironed bed linen and snow-white towels! I was pleasantly surprised by the polite and trained staff! We will definitely come again!

Before we rented a room in this hotel, we looked at about five and not only in Gagra. Of the minuses, it's not easy to find it, but plus, the administrators will explain everything, throw off the directions and even the access point! We didn't like the breakfasts, but there is a choice, the food is restaurant, beautiful, it's just not ours)
The rest is on top here. The hotel is new, very comfortable mattress, pillows and clothes. There are soap accessories, bathrobes, slippers, two sets of towels, plus for going to the pool.Kettle, tea. A small refrigerator.
There is a private heated pool and it is clean.
Polite, interested staff, our requests were resolved promptly. My husband and I liked it, I will recommend it to my friends!
I really rested here! And the view from the window is gorgeous!

I just want to say that all the problems were solved by the staff quickly and without any delay. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, we came for warmth, tranquility, comfort and we got it to the fullest! Everything is wrapped in attention and care, the whole room is thought out to the smallest detail from the switches to the balcony and plumbing!In addition to all the advantages of this hotel, its main trump card is a large, beautiful, glowing at night and warm as a blanket, year-round swimming pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi and stars. The whole hotel is exactly the case, in fact, which is called made with love.But of course it was not without a fly in the ointment, for the first two days this spoon was the road from the hotel to the beach for us, but on the third day we found a lot of advantages in this road , which runs along a path along the mountain , on top of which stands an old Soviet sanatorium , and we walked , looked at these time- worn and the winds of the steps that led to the sea and imagined how many years before us people walked , had fun, looked at the same black , beautiful sea and enjoyed life! We stayed at the hotel for three days. The hotel has just opened. I liked the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. We went to the Jacuzzi at night, in the rain it's just not transferable. Since it's outdoors and it's October, a cold downpour was coming from the sky, and we were sitting in hot water in a lighted Jacuzzi. Beauty. Cappuccino is delicious.
