In 2015, a "fake administrative case" was opened against me, where I was allegedly accused of insulting another person via the Internet. Since the "victim" was a person who was obviously stronger than me in age, experience and status, I needed a defender to participate with me in the process. I asked for help from one of the lawyers on duty at YUK - 2 in the Moskovsky district of Minsk. At that time, Roik Svetlana Vasilyevna turned out to be her. I told the essence of my case, showed its "electronic version" and offered to conclude an agreement with me to participate and defend me in court. The lawyer refused to go into the process with me, and without giving me any of the valid reasons for her decision. As a result, my rights and legitimate interests were unreasonably and very badly damaged, and the case could have been won. In addition, at that time I had very serious health problems, I was in a state of severe depression, which I not only told the lawyer Roik S.V. verbally, but also proved by showing written documents. Even in this situation, the lawyer did not change her decision - she did not go to the trial to defend me, but my rights were violated and under such circumstances I found myself convicted of something I had never done in my life!!!! So dear citizens, please do not repeat my mistake, think 10 times before contacting Roic S.V.'s lawyer and inviting her to "your" trial.
