Repeated cooperation with the real estate agency YURIELT left only pleasant impressions. The head and staff of the agency are friendly and friendly, and most importantly - real professionals!
Exactly a year ago, I turned to my agent Inna Fedorovna for help in buying an apartment. The budget was small, so I didn't really count on a cool apartment, we tried to look for a one-room secondary apartment near the metro. 2-3 weeks of searching did not bring proper results. At some point, the agent offered to take a ready-made new building in Minsk. I was afraid to get involved in repairs, so I insisted on finding a secondary one. As a result of long hikes around the city and views of studio apartments with tired repairs, it was decided to take a new building. At that moment, there were two profitable offers on the market and it was impossible to delay. After a week of thinking, the first option was sold, so we quickly went for the second one. To be honest, at first I was very doubtful about the decision I had made - a phobia of repairs).
The owner and I quickly agreed on a $1,000 discount and made a deal. Surprisingly, the paperwork was completed quickly and by the beginning of November, repairs had begun. Everything worked out!
For many months now I can't get enough of buying, because apartments in MM have grown in price a lot. For reference: I bought for 37 thousand (31 meters) – now the prices are about 45. Therefore, I can't help but thank my realtor for such a gift, because if it wasn't for her, I would have taken a second hand with my grandmother's repair and then regretted it.
Personally, I wish my agent career growth and more responsive clients! To the real estate agency Yurielt - prosperity!!!!

There was a very negative aftertaste from the agent-realtor Lyudmila (an elderly lady, I don't know her last name, tel ... 80 05) of the agency "Yurielt". We called on the advertisement, agreed with the realtor Lyudmila and the owner to inspect the apartment on Lidskaya St. 14, Minsk (secondary). When we looked at the apartment, we really liked everything, discussed and agreed on the final price over the speakerphone through the owner and the agent (it was the highest of the proposed ones), and scheduled a meeting the next day to conclude a letter of intent. We handed over a deposit to the owner (in the region of 1050 rubles), indicating our very serious intentions for the purchase. We were warned that the examinations would be canceled after us. We shook hands and went to make plans for the final design, purchase of materials for repairs, furniture, etc. pleasant chores. However, 6 hours later on the same day, Lyudmila stunned us with the unpleasant news that after we looked at the apartment, another applicant "added money" and the seller already wants to consider a better option. My wife and I were just stunned by what was happening, i.e. after leaving an advance and "shaking hands", the auction begins – "who is more"! But despite this divorce (there's no other way to call it) and dishonesty, I still emotionally "pulled myself together" and offered (it seems to me a good option) to divide in half the added part of the money offered by the new applicant and plus my proposal. Lyudmila and the owner, after discussing my proposal 4 hours later, refused us from further transaction in favor of a new bidder.
It is clear that this is their right and their commercial benefit, but the agent and the owner could humanly tell us that they need time to think, let's take a break, weigh all the options, get in touch, etc. No one forced me to take a deposit, the owner was happy about the upcoming deal.
To the face of the unprofessional and dirty work of the agent-realtor Lyudmila, who misled the participants of the failed transaction.
PS: It's good that the deposit was returned.

We bought half a house in Ratomka.At the first inspection, there were things that I paid special attention to and asked the realtor if these things were included in the purchase price. The realtor contacted the seller and said that everything remains for us. All this is a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, a swing, a washing machine and maybe something else we didn't pay attention to. The day before the purchase, upon inspection, it turned out that it all evaporated into the sky.A specific question was asked where did everything go . We did not receive a clear answer. Something like it was the heirs and they took it away. The price does not change .Like you're already taking at the very bottom of the market because there's a quick sale and for real money.And we won't even give you a discount on real estate services. And they could have sold it for a lot of money, but a contract was signed with you. When they already bought it, people told how 3 local grandmothers hoarded this house and took out everything that was being taken out. Holes were noticed in the garden (something was dug). There are no shutters on the windows either, although there is a mount.The plasma was not small in the hall and there may be many other things that we did not notice .

Therefore, I advise everyone to describe everything in detail on the preliminary contracts, otherwise after the transaction, come and take out the windows and the batteries will be put to metal
