A nice comfortable recreation area with playgrounds, a roller zone, shady alleys and a number of cafes and eateries. A soothing joyful fountain in the center of the main alley.

I live here, it's a good place to relax. The fan is big with lights,horizontal bars,football and volleyball. There are 4 cafes nearby and another one is under construction. Everything for a family holiday. You can smoke hookah, eat poultry, and shawarma.
