Disgusting.
I turned to Yurkas because I thought it was a big company that spends a lot of money on advertising (radio, billboards), which is unlikely to have any problems, however:
1) It turns out that "yurkas" is only a name, in fact, the store owners are different companies that can set prices themselves and the so-called "yurkas" does not care what happens there.
2) A yurkas order has been placed.by, I asked to add everything you need for installation and make delivery, I thought without surprises, but when the order was delivered, even roughly estimating the amount, the prices in the order from Tunestrade LLC (store on Lenin Street) turned out to be about 30% higher.
4) "Manager" Maria from Tunestrade LLC, spent the whole day trying to add up 6 positions to explain how she got the price, while she did not have any documents for my order to count it, in response she only heard the mantra "the courier has all the documents, I have nothing."
As a result, I had to go to the store on Lenin and wait 40 minutes for her to take the time to the buyer and calculate the specification, as a result, of course, the amount did not come together... With an offended face and no apologies, the difference was still returned.
A colleague sitting next to him tried to intercede, saying that "He is sure that Maria could not have been mistaken," probably emphasizing that they are deliberately deceiving here).
5) The receipt was issued only on demand when I arrived at the store, on the same date and time of my visit (well, at least it is clear why Maria did not have any documents after the transaction).
Conclusions:
1) yurkas.by is a roulette game in which you can run into an ordinary sharashkin office or firm, despite the supposedly "branded salon".
2) If you are still unlucky with their "reseller", you will solve the issues yourself, the money is paid, they are no longer interested in you.
The bigger the company. That makes it much worse. Positioning themselves as door manufacturers is actually just overbooking. All doors are made in Russia. There is bureaucracy in the office. The client is to blame for everything. That he's been walking around the hall for a long time. The order takes more than 20 minutes to complete.
