The worst store in Jurkas. Zero in grades. I don't like it if I knew that everything would be like this, then I wouldn't buy doors there. Not when. Not competent employees. They just giggle. They don't really say anything themselves. You need to extract information yourself. Online credit is nonsense. They didn 't even give the documents for the door and for the loan either . Everyone heard that you need to go to the bank yourself and take a printout. There is nothing concrete in the conversation. Don't buy doors there. It's a nightmare. I went four times and everything there is not glory to God, then there is no bugalteria, then something else.

I ordered 4 doors and fittings. I waited for the due date of manufacture (1-1.5 months). About a month later, they wrote to me that my order was ready. I was abroad, I promised to decide on the day of delivery in the next few days after my return. I was told that the order can be stored for 7 days, then it will be disbanded. As a result, we agreed on delivery for tomorrow, and today the manager called me and said that the accessories I chose were out of stock!!! Question #1 how then do you inform that the order is ready and rush the delivery of the order? I offered to choose from the available 2 photo options.

There are no complaints about the manufacture of doors. Faster than the agreed time, the delivery is all right. The question is who they recommend for installation. The installer has almost doubled the cost of installation on 4 doors. Although we were initially assured that this would not happen. I give one star precisely because of this. I do not recommend contacting their installers!
For reference, the guys entered the position according to the announcement (the old doors were already dismantled!! by the specified date), it was done the next day. By price: from Yurkas 175 per door, the guys on the ad 110.

I ordered interior doors. As it turned out, they do not have installers, but there are left-wing sole proprietors who do not give checks and are not responsible for their work. They gave me a couple of contacts, but as it turned out, 90% of them do not know how to put doors with hidden hinges, and 10% are busy and wait a month and a half.
After a couple of months of use, the magnetic lock stopped working and a complaint was written on your website. No one contacted me for 14 days, calling the service, the managers of the solon in which I bought, in Viber, they always cheat with the timing of the replacement of goods of inadequate quality. They always say that: "Consideration of the complaint takes place within 14 working days." In fact, your site and your managers contradict the Law on Consumer Protection. They fixed this defect for me for more than a month. The employee of the service proved for half a month that I was a fool and did not know how to use a magnetic lock, was rude, yelled. After a month of running after them, they still agreed to replace the lock, but the installers drove for another 2 weeks, who didn't care about the complaint. They say: "that this is not their problem and if they had not passed by, then no one would have done anything," although the casing fell off.
At the moment, I have written a complaint again, namely 03/20/2024. Information came to my mail that they would be contacted within 14 days, but again a miracle did not happen and no one contacted. It is impossible to get through to the customer service, in Viber again the manager writes about 14 working days, again contradicting the law. Let the employee study Article 22.23 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
No one mess with the Yurkas salon and everything related to them. Also, CHTUP is the door leader, this is also their company. The worst door seller in the Republic of Belarus.

I ordered the door to the UP "Door Leader" on 11/29/2023. The consultants are good (thanks to Elizabeth for her help in choosing). BUT....They don't have any installation, you have to look for it yourself. It is almost impossible to find installers day in, day out, so think about when you order doors without installation (they will stand for a month). On 11/30/2023, the door from Yurkas was brought "broken". Two dents on the sharp end of the door, damage is also visible on the packaging. But everything was packed with dense cellophane - I did not immediately identify defects. At the time of acceptance, they said that I have 14 days to check, including visually (but this turned out not to be true). Unfortunately, I did not see any chips during acceptance, because I did not unpack before installation. I called the "Door Leader", but they sent me to Yurkas to sort it out....but the door was ordered and the contract was concluded with the UP "Door Leader". I'm waiting for a solution to the problem (I wrote to two companies on the website - they don't give me phones, they said to write through the website).

We ordered an entrance door and 2 interior doors. None of the stages went perfectly. The premium class entrance door arrived with a discrepancy in parameters (a peephole in the center, which we negotiated 3 times from the edge). 3 times I came and checked the parameters, but still the girl for some reason pointed the peephole from the wrong side)))
The delivery was calculated incorrectly, for which the amount increased.
We agreed that the doors would be delivered to us when they were useful, but then it turned out that they could not be stored in a warehouse for a long time (although it was possible when signing the contract)
I absolutely do not advise ordering doors here, boorish attitude and incompetent employees. They absolutely did not want to solve the problems.

For example, once in another, but small company, they tried to deceive me and brought a cheap copy of the door handles, although they look the same. You need to accept that you can encounter unexpected troubles everywhere, but I liked how they are solved in Yurkas.Yes, it may be a long time, but they decide. There was a small controversial case on the glass and I was sent to a meeting. I think that regarding deadlines, etc., you need to immediately read the contract and count on this, and not on what was promised verbally.This is a business with force majeure and they also insure themselves for a period. If they arrive earlier, rejoice. I don't know about the installers, I turned to my own.

I ordered the front door a month ago, they promised a month and a half in words. A month has passed, I decided to call and clarify, suddenly there is already a date when the door will be brought, to which the operator girl replied to me in an unperturbed voice that the factory had warned them that the production of doors was delayed, and I had 75 working days written in the contract, so I'm not at the right address with the claims. To the question why they deceive people so much and in case of a delay, they don't even notify people, because everything happens, repair deadlines and so on, again the same answer, see your contract, we have everything invested in time so far. As I understand it, I'm not the first one they have with pritensions, since the answer is the same as a memorized rhyme. I will return an advance to the offer, because there are other companies that are ready to make the door in 2 weeks, they replied that if the advance is returned, the penalty is 30%!!!! For a second, at the conclusion of the contract, they require more than half the amount!!! So count how much fine they need to leave! I would know which swamp I climbed into 10 times I would think and I advise all readers of reviews to weigh all the pros and cons on the shore (((

The door was brought, the measurer came, everything was fast enough, it took a week and a half, and then there are doors in the corner, because the proposed installers have everything scheduled for months ahead. They tried to find it themselves, but as soon as they find out what one door is, they immediately refuse or announce the deadlines for six months in advance ((((
Conclusion: look for a company with its installers and be sure to specify the terms!!!!!

I highly do not recommend the store. We ordered 3 doors from the organization of the emergency "door leader" and brought them in 3 days. Upon acceptance, they counted the number with the driver and everything came together, put the act on the signature and said that if there was damage, call the store and everything will be changed and left. When unpacking the platbands, they found defects and contacted the store, but the store's answer is simple, you accepted and you beat them (if there were 3 of them, then you could immediately check them, but there were 23 with boxes and it was not possible to check immediately). I will never contact this store again and I do not recommend it to you.

After calling the office several times and clearly explaining our position, we came to the decision that they would definitely call me back, if not today, then the next day. They didn't call back, moreover, they just ignore calls from my number.
There are no complaints about the installer Andrey, he did his job perfectly!
Conclusion: The inexperience and incompetence of the measurer led to additional costs, knowing about which I would not have contacted this company

They brought it, threw off the doors without hinges, it needs to be milled, in fact a semi-finished product - then some kind of storgy IP... according to the contract, the workers had to be installed within 10 days, they arrived, opened the doors, realized that there was no necessary tool and left. The doors have been standing in the corner for almost a month - no one undertakes to install them.
