Hello. I want to write a review about the Yurkas company. And more specifically about the store in the city of Zhlobin. How the employees of this company handle the complaint. A little background on how it all started. In general, I ordered 5 interior doors. With all the fittings, platbands and mechanisms. The position was custom-made due to the replacement of ordinary glass in the canvas with a black triplex. I ordered it in two stages. Due to the total amount of the order, I decided to split it in half. The first contract included two canvases with all the accessories. It was compiled on July 14, 2021. The cost is 2102r 50k. The second contract included 3 canvases also with all the accessories and mechanisms for them. It was compiled on November 28, 2021. The cost is 2517 rubles. The total cost of the order for 5 interior doors was 4619r 50k. There were practically no problems with the first contract. There is only one caveat, the seller did not correctly indicate the number of additional items. I didn't have enough for one opening. But since I divided the order into two parts anyway. Everything that was missing was included in the second agreement. The first batch arrived two months after the signing of the contract. We have installed everything well. The problems started with the second batch of doors. Two months after the order, they were delivered. After installation, it was in early February 2022, I identified a defect. On one of the canvases, one panel on the left side protruded strongly in relation to the other. And it was very striking. After contacting the store with a claim. There it was decided to order a new panel. She came two months later. After the replacement, the problem was not solved. The same protrusion appeared on the right side. It was April 7, 2022. On the same day, I contacted the store again with the fact that my problem had not been solved. To which they replied that we would most likely change the canvas completely. And I'll get a call back when the issue is resolved. A month has passed. I didn't get a call. I called myself. It was decided that it was necessary to remove the door and conduct an examination. A month and a half later, I call again to check the progress. And there was no progress at all. In what condition I gave the canvas, they decided to return it to me. After the return of the canvas, an additional agreement was signed. In which it was said that the panels would be replaced once again on the spot. And this is already two and a half months after the second appeal about the marriage of the canvas. If we count from the first appeal, then four and a half months have passed and the issue of the complaint has not been resolved. At the time of writing this review, seven months have passed. The complaint has not moved a step. The Supplementary Agreement has not been fulfilled. The director and the sellers of the store do not get in touch. I can't get through. In the store, the sellers tell me that the director is handling my complaint and they don't know anything. The director visits the store once a week. He either does not answer calls or immediately resets them. I have never seen such an attitude towards clients before. I hope my review will be useful to someone.
