We did repairs in the house, all the doors, both interior and entrance, were ordered from the Yurkas salon. The doors met all expectations and even more. The entrance door from the inside was made to match the design of the interior doors. It looks just gorgeous. Everything is very beautiful and harmonious. They also ordered a plastic door to the veranda and skirting boards. Excellent consultants, they will advise you, they will choose everything as it should be.

In early July , they ordered a flush-mounted door , promised to bring it within 2-3 weeks and install it . After ONLY a month, they remembered about us and called to arrange the delivery and installation of the door. The long-awaited day came when the door finally arrived, the master, the installation began, but after a while the master could not cut out the necessary dimensions for the hinges for the door, he began to call his superiors, the superiors answered him so that he took what the cuts should be made on and sent it to Minsk, respectively, and the installation of the door was postponed. Next, we were promised that they would cut, deliver and deliver quickly, but after 2 weeks we started writing to the company and asking what was wrong with our door , to which we received an answer that the necessary parts had already been delivered and were in the office, and after 2 weeks we would be able to establish for these terms we had a question and we have already decided to drive up to the office, because as such, the door that should already be standing will be installed only after 2 weeks, they could have put us earlier in the schedule (the director could not solve this problem) because they understood our situation , the person who does the finishing is waiting for the door to be installed to finish his work , but instead he has to wait for an unknown amount of time , and we have to pay for downtime. We were put on schedule for the end of August, a man arrived again and everything was delivered, BUT AGAIN SOMETHING was NOT FINISHED and again we had to send that part to the factory in Minsk. Today (09/14/23) the master came again and you will not believe the happy ending did not happen, again something turned out to be wrong and again the installation date was postponed! Dear Yurkas company, I intend to ask for a refund at the door and return to you the kit that was left in my apartment. The installation that I was waiting for at least in August has already been too long. If YOU do not know how to install such doors, your craftsmen do not have the proper experience, then how, where to cut the right holes, then you should not do this and take such money for it (1 flush-mounted door cost around ~ 1500 bel.rub, agree this is someone's monthly salary). When searching for a door, I found you and I was satisfied with your price and the fact that you are 5 minutes from my house, but these advantages will not cover your disadvantages in any way. Thanks to your company, repairs have already cost 2 months. And there was also one unpleasant moment, the platbands were not in the package and due to this, most of them were scratched, although the girl in the office assured us that the product comes in a package, so if you order here, check immediately.

I have been waiting for the door from YURKAS for 2 months.They do not comply with the delivery time. They cheat, they get out of it, they never call back. I understand that I need the doors. Complete indifference to customers.
To "Yurkas" in Polotsk, only everything is WRONG:
dishonest
irresponsible
do not respect their customers.
If you don't want problems, don't order doors from YURKAS.
