The agreement was concluded in December 2023. In April, the deadlines for the contract came down, I went to clarify what and how to order. They said the car had arrived, everything was there. The next day, there are not enough dobs, platbands and boxes. OK, I said I'll wait. A month has passed, no one has called, asked for it himself, they said everything is there. I came to pick up the order, some items were scratched, some were taken away, cut off or not critical. I left you only 2 platbands, because the scratches are very big. I went to make a refund. They tried to push them off to me, look, maybe you can cut them off, if not, return them. I refused this, because I forgave so much for pruning.
Then, a week later, the bell rang, the platbands arrived. Come.
I arrived, they say there is no warehouse, your two are lying. The car won't arrive until tomorrow.
I went to the manager and apologized. Ok happens.
After about a week, they write, your friends are waiting for you.
OK, I'm on my way. I go to the warehouse, they say no again, and they show that there are those that I refused
I am not a conflicted person and this review would not have happened, and I did not demand a penalty for the time.
