Great hotel.Rooms with new furniture, kettle, always in each room : free water,tea.The breakfasts are delicious and there is no such thing that if you come late, you will stay hungry.We arrived at 10:00, and breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30, so we were immediately asked if we wanted an omelet and fried, they give us a lot to choose from.The Internet is working everywhere, wi-fi is everywhere.We would rate the hotel at 10+.If we return to Hermes, then 100% to this hotel.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. It cost us a very cheap night. We provided assistance in ordering a taxi and understanding the area. If you want to see the balloons, it's a 10-minute walk from this tunnel to the observation deck. A good breakfast.

$45 per night when ordering for a year. It is cozy, breakfasts are included, the staff is excellent, they solve all issues - from booking a balloon flight to a budget transfer to/from the airport. Cleaning is daily, bottled drinking water is always available. One of the disadvantages is the smell of chlorine in the toilet.

A terrible attitude towards a tourist. They have withdrawn the money and are not returning it. The whole world is in trouble because of the coronavirus, and the hotel manager is mocking people.
