The only store in Minsk that had a really stylish table lamp in its assortment for my request. Consultants are top; I like it when competently, clearly, carefully and at the same time as quickly as possible. Well, for testing 3 different light bulbs to choose a light that is comfortable for me and cut the box for maximum convenience, I want to put 10 stars)) I recommend it!

I bought an LED chandelier on 07/25/2023. when opening a new package, there was a flicker, the consultant replaced something in my chandelier from the sample in the showcase, assuring that it had been there for some time.
08/04/2024 the chandelier burned out. I was refused repair, because the warranty period, which was a year, came out.

Sellers - well done! We unpacked the box with the chandelier only after 3 years, it so happened that we could not finish the repair for a long time... A diameter mismatch was found in the disassembled horn... So the sellers, although the warranty has expired, still helped to solve the issue - they brought us from the back room either a cartridge of the right diameter, or another lampshade - and the chandelier was assembled! Thank you very much!

The only remark to the store management: there should be at least one male salesman on each shift, because it's scary to watch a girl standing on a stepladder holding a 10kg chandelier at arm's length.
