I have repeatedly contacted this workshop and everything was fine. However, today Alexander Petrovich Baturevich has radically changed his mind, having been served by the owner of the institution himself (before that there were other masters to whom only positive emotions). After taking the lace, the cross, the ring, and the chain with the cross for cleaning, they received back only the ring, the lace and the cross, which looked dirtier than before cleaning. To the question "where is the chain with the cross?", the "master" said that he did not take any chain and cross. After a while, he already claimed that he gave the products to us and advised us to check the pockets. We were forced to call the police and upon arrival of the staff, he called my wife and me scammers. In the presence of the police, the jewelry was found to have fallen at the desk. By the way, the "master" had external signs of intoxication.
After the police found the products and returned them to us, the owner of the workshop did not even deign to apologize.
