It's a terrible place. I brought the product for repair, the bracelet broke. The employee said that he couldn't do it now and asked when I could come in. I said 1.5 hours later. After that time, I came and he didn't even start doing it. I waited another 15 minutes. And this is a normal service.? The next day, the bracelet broke in the same place. Here is such a service. I don't advise anyone.

Before I came here, I went around 4 workshops - everywhere they do something wrong and announce an unrealistic amount for minor work, and they said one amount on the phone, but in reality it is 3 times more expensive. And in this workshop, I can note not only the professionalism, but also other qualities of the master, which I was very pleased with. It felt like I turned not to the workshop, but to a friend . It is a pity that the jeweler guy (with tattoos on his hands) does not work there now, he is a very good master, always did everything quickly and efficiently, always advised what and how to handle jewelry correctly, recently came, saw a new master, was not very happy, but it was very necessary to reduce the ring, the new master did very badly, the place of the ring's adhesion is visible and the stones have become cloudy... I do not contact this workshop anymore, I really regret that I did not take the phone from master Stanislav...
