I ordered a bracelet for my husband's anniversary, when I came home I read the reviews, some of the good ones were certainly not very good, to be honest, I was a little upset by what I read, I was very worried that the manufacture of the bracelet would take much, much longer than agreed, BUT I really hoped that everything would be fine, yes, I periodically called the jeweler to find out at what stage my product was, yes, it turned out a little late, but that's okay because everything takes time and it's not always possible to predict, but still I called with the idea that it would be ready soon, and so I called and they tell me you can come and pick it up in the evening (the production and all that followed took about 1.5 months),I was glad and my husband and I went....when we came to pick up the bracelet, we were so delighted with the master's work that the time we waited was nothing compared to what we got, the wait was worth it....everything was done so clearly, beautifully and neatly that words cannot convey our delight, all our wishes were taken into account.... My husband couldn't get enough of my gift all evening, I'll say one thing that I also want a bracelet for myself and I'll only go to this master for it (even though there are jewelry workshops in my city of Rechitsa, but I'll go to you anyway), thank you so much for your hard work!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I completely agree with the negative reviews written above. We ordered a bracelet from our gold for my husband, it was promised that everything would be done in a month. They said they'd call. However, after a month, no one called, we called ourselves, found out, fed breakfast, what would be ready in a week, a week later we visited them personally, they lie to their eyes. So, the "breakfast feeding" lasted for 2.5 months. So much wasted time, people don't call back when they promise, there are always some fairy tales, excuses, like a lot of orders, etc., etc. If you have so many orders, why do you take so many if you can't handle them? In general, I will not apply here anymore. I don't like being deceived.

She applied on 08/25/24 with an order to make a gold bracelet on an individual order. They promised 1-1.5 months in terms. 2 months later, the story with the "breakfast feeding" began for another 2 months: here they gave it to the coinage, here there are grinding and stones left, here we do not have time, here the partner asked for time off, here call at the end of the week, after another 3 days, etc. I came to them, they look at their faces and lie on the go. In the evening, the product is in the oven, in the morning it is almost ready, and when I arrived in the evening, they spread their hands and said there was no bracelet.
As a result, the product was not made for 4 months. It's a shame that they gave me back just a square of gold, of course, no one returned my "old" bracelet, which I wanted to melt into a new one. And considering that I also ordered it individually (in another jewelry store), I am sure that it is worn by my wife-daughter-sister or simply sold as a finished product. I don't understand how this organization just wasn't shut down. There are a lot of complaints and they can't do anything…

The sediment was not pleasant, thanks for making a small discount, but it's nice too). There are no complaints about the repair, everything was done beautifully and neatly! Still, I give it a 3 because you need to fulfill your obligations, and not refer to the fact that people are sick. They got in touch when you start pulling them, the deadlines were postponed until she arrived and demanded to specify the date when they would do the work, they did, and I had to walk for another hour.

A jeweler is a promising one! and not fulfilling her promises on time! In November, I asked them to make a ring. They promised to see N.G. and then it started (they didn't do it)although the master assured that it would be 100% ready, they were fed with breakfasts, lunches and found a lot of reasons for not being ready. Initially, the master said that the rings would be prepared for "a maximum of 2 months", and then "a lot of orders" began, "your rings are already with the designer", "oh, but we got mixed up, it wasn't your rings that were ready", "understand, we have a lot of orders now", "we remember about yours rings, this is an individual order." The question is, how could you confuse "individual order"?..When I began to say that this is why we came much earlier, so that we could pick up the rings on time and there were no problems, we remained silent in response... And we patiently ate these fairy tales, tactfully and gently asked questions and did not swear, because we are all human beings, situations are different, but when we came to pick up the rings, there was a cherry on the cake...As a result, the rings were ready in 4 months, for a second we took them to the butt, they were not made the way we wanted, there were a lot of joints and it is clear that this work was done in a hurry (we discussed with the master all the nuances of the rings). And now, actually, to the cherries on the cake, we made rings from our own gold and the master said that "this gold is DEFINITELY enough, don't even worry", when they decided to tell us that they reported the gold to the rings? Right! When we came to pick them up! By the way, if the rings were not made hastily, then our gold would be enough... To the questions "why wasn't this mentioned earlier? Why didn't you discuss this with us, we didn't just call you, we came to your workshop personally and more than once? Actually, we visited you a couple of days ago, why didn't you say so right away?" the answer was silence and a silly smile from the girl. The rings were given to us by a COMPLETELY different master, who reeked of alcohol, and with another tale about why our rings were not ready on time
