I have been using Yves Rocher cosmetics and perfumes for a long time and most often I buy it in this store. The consultants here are friendly and helpful, able to offer their help in choosing a product unobtrusively and at the same time very professionally.

Today we came to the store at Denisovskaya 8, the consultants were like manicures, they did not want to tell anything about the products, especially about discounts, they stood with dissatisfied faces and looked at each other. Terrible customer orientation, if you want to buy products for a small amount, zero interest.
