Hello, the first time I was at the salon in February, the girls picked up a window in 4 hands and quickly completed everything, visited the salon, the service deteriorated, no one meets, you wait for the master from 10 to 30 minutes, hygiene is not monitored, the top master Humaira gave me a manicure and pedicure quickly enough, but the big toe I processed it incorrectly, there was a burr, my finger swelled at night, the next morning I wrote to Telegram and attached a photo, to which no one answered me, I arrived with the child at the salon at 10, explained the situation to another master, she reacted quickly enough and decided to help herself, later master Humaira came, the master explained to her that she I cut and treated the nail incorrectly (she didn't even say hello, didn't ask how I was feeling, and didn't even apologize).
You need to work on the service, and monitor hygiene, teach courtesy to the staff and the rules of greeting!
