A disgusting organization. They are rude, they work very slowly. The paperwork takes a long time to complete. I took a duplicate of the birth certificate. After 10 working days, as stated, the document was not ready. After talking in raised tones, they started making the document in front of me. And that's considering that it's for your own money. The work schedule does not correspond to reality. In fact, they start working closer to 10:00.
