The work schedule does not correspond to reality. In fact, they start working closer to 10:00.

Constant queues are being knocked out. There are only two specialists working and they receive everyone in one office. It is impossible to fill the queue, despite the fact that you occupy it at 7 a.m., although the registry office is open from 9.30 a.m. I took the queue, it was the 6th, and it so happened that I couldn't even get through until 13.00. Even after lunch, a couple came to the painting and they waited, and the rest of the queue was moved. Accordingly, it was not possible to get into the office until the end of the working day - until 15.30.
