First, we lost one order. I thought okay, it happens. Then the ordered parts did not arrive again. And no one even reported it. They said they would not come, re-order. I lost time. The managers in the store send it to another manager. And again, waiting for the order to be issued.........
I came to check the walker. The foreman said that one of the brake hoses was already herniated and needed to be changed. I agreed to a replacement.
I come home, look at the hose, and it looks like new (in the photo). But the most interesting thing began a day later.
We looked under the car, and there this very new hose is leaking. We immediately went back, and they tell me there are no places, we will write it down only for tomorrow, and today, like, go as you want, we have a business, the money is received, and then at least the flood.
I understand everything, everyone has joints. But when someone comes to you with a leaking brake hose due to your action / inaction, then such issues must be resolved immediately.
Danil, the receptionist, supervised all this outrage. I wish him more leaking hoses on his personal car, and the owner of the Car Order should choose workers better so as not to get on the money, and maybe for a period if such shoals shoot on the road at the client
