We decided to order a bouquet for a birthday, with a surprise for mom. They couldn't deliver it themselves, because they were in another city, but they trusted the service and regretted it very much. The bouquet arrived smaller and visually very noticeable (photo below), while they were trying to deal with the manager, who began to ignore (as it later turned out, the manager was waiting for the courier to bring and take a picture of the bouquet, the delivery was completed and claims are not accepted). All that was said was: "sorry, but it's too late, your problems"

My indignation: Dad, a regular customer, the last time a lol doll cost 12500 tenge, it was March 8th. Dad is 70 years old, but when he saw the doll in the photo (my report to dad), he was surprised, because they showed him a completely different model, and put it, as always, the cost this time of the doll was 31,000. I called the store and asked to provide me with a receipt, fiscal and ordinary commodity, with the name and value of the goods, to which the administrator Alena first said that we would send it now, on my next call, she said that we had not asked before, on the third call that she had talked to their lawyer, and in response to me She said she would only talk to the customer...OK, I said, and asked Dad to call them back and provide checks, to which Alyona asked her father to talk to her daughter and not make a fuss.
After, on 11/20/2020, I personally contacted the lawyer of Dinar, who said that they would provide me with a check from 11/18/2020, I stubbornly waited until 11/21/2020 and at 13:00 called and reminded me of myself. Soon we were sent a fiscal receipt for 61000 dated 11/20/2020, being dissatisfied, I called again, and asked for a receipt dated 11/18/2020, and a sales receipt, to which they replied, we can't provide you with anything more....

I'm waiting for a refund tomorrow. A disgusting impression of the company's work.
My daughter from Astana ordered a bouquet for 20,000 for her mother's birthday, order number 86179. They were brought that night (on July 4) at 23.45. The manager took a photo, everything is OK. And in the morning we looked - the bouquet died completely, it turns out it was stale. Although we put it in the vase three hours after receipt. The daughter was upset, burst into tears - and that's putting it mildly!
