There is a place to sit and relax, quickly buy a ticket at the vending machines. The attendants will always help those who are unable to cope on their own!
One thing is upsetting - there is no buffet, some kind of minimal stall where you can buy a drink or ice cream, and for someone a pie for the road.
You can run to the nearest shops, fortunately there are enough of them here.
But it often happens that five minutes are not enough.

The waiting room is very large and cozy and clean.I would like to draw attention to the service staff who serve customers with tickets, always in a good mood and smiling, escorting the customer on the way. There used to be a small cafe in the waiting room, but now it's not a big minus.
The hall has changed a lot in a couple of years. With a focus on self-service. That is, there are fewer live ticket offices and more vending machines for self-purchase of tickets. This is a big plus for me.
Sometimes you can buy some water and pies there)
A beautiful waiting room, everything is very convenient, it's even nice to sit in the waiting room for the train.

Everything is fine. Great waiting room. Lovely ladies are working. The service is super!!! We have installed automatic cash registers that work with small change. Everything is great!!!!
