I was traveling from another city, and at 10.00 when the store opened, I was refused a purchase due to "overestimation". You can watch it, but you can't buy it. The department is not blocked and there is access to the products, BUT they do not sell. They don't have the right, they violate the rules of trade, but they refused me. The communication of sellers is disgusting and condescending. The store did not comment at all, just pointed me to the door. I went to another store of this chain (TD PERSHA), where, despite the reassessment, they immediately calculated the cost of all the products that interested me and a discount on the spot. She left satisfied with the purchase and a pleasant impression of the employees.
