A beautiful, atmospheric place. A majestic castle surrounded by a group of magnificent lakes and parks. There are fish in the lakes and you can catch them (we arrived immediately with a fishing rod and tackle). There are a lot of ducks and swans (the latter are very arrogant - if they see that there is a yummy, but you don't throw it to them - they hiss!!)" 😅) - so that you must not forget bread and other yummy things (apples and cucumbers were refused)
The castle itself is a real paradise for lovers of history and luxury. Inside there are spacious halls decorated with monograms, gold, paintings and statues. Some rooms have benches for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of architecture.
There are attractions for children around the castle. My son and I really liked the shooting range!!! A real professional works there, who sees from the outside how an arrow or bullet will fly - prompts, helps, explains. We've been to a lot of shooting ranges, but the service is the best here.
👉 We arrived at 14:00 and it was late. We managed to visit only the castle, but not the palace and park complex. So it's better to come for the whole day.
👉 there is parking (paid near the palace) and free of charge before entering the complex.
👉 Many power points. Beautiful cafes in the castle itself.
👉 To drive through the huge park and lakes, you can rent bicycle trains, electric scooters, bicycles, etc. 👉
The cost of visiting the complex, in my opinion, is very affordable.
👉 We rented an audio guide in the castle itself (we need a passport or a driver's license.certificate), which allowed you to get into the atmosphere of the medieval way of life in more detail.
There are toilets both on site and in the castle.
A decent place to get off the couch))) and go on a visit to the ancient Radziwill family.
A wonderful castle, a very interesting museum. Fascinating and informative excursions are held in the castle, all the halls have been restored according to historical documents. Who cares-there are night tours. There is a storage room in front of the museum, you can leave your things and walk around the castle light. There are also 2 souvenir shops. Only one was evaluated, it is located in the basement. There you can buy souvenirs, crystal, chocolate, alcohol.
There is a very beautiful and well-groomed territory around the castle, if you have time, you can walk through the shady park, the trees of which were planted by the Radziwills
We visited this castle in July 2024. I liked the castle, it was interesting to walk around and look at the various halls. There are a lot of interesting objects in the museum, although everything is modern there, and nothing has been preserved from the appearance of the hall from the past, it is still nice to feel the atmosphere of those times. I liked the compositions with toy theaters of that time, the sounds of rain, wind, waves, it was so interesting. After the castle, we ate at a local restaurant, ordered soups, pancakes with brisket in cream sauce, pike cutlet with mashed potatoes from the children's menu - all the food was very tasty, the service was polite, the place was beautiful. Then we woke up on the territory, rented two scooters with seats, the park on the territory is huge, thanks to them we were able to travel around everything. At the end, we took a swim at the local beach, the water was boiling. We are very satisfied, it took all day to visit the place!)
Good afternoon, dear friends!!!
We were in this Radziwill castle as part of trips to historical sites of beautiful places in Belarus.
We really liked it, as well as the small but cozy town of Nesvizh.
It is clear that the castle is already a sufficient remodel, but it is difficult to imagine that in order to convey all the necessary historical beauty, it would be necessary to leave everything in the ruins of extant times. Not at all, everything is very dignified, beautiful, clean and beautiful. It is a 1.30 hour drive from Minsk, which is very convenient. The interiors are interesting and varied. Guides tell accessible stories and accompany visitors in an interesting way. The question arose, how many kilometers do the guides walk per day with visitors bypassing many accessible rooms of the castle. It turned out to be a very long distance))) this is not 15,000 steps per day)))
In short, our kind advice to you is to visit this beautiful castle in Nesvizh, from the bottom of your heart!!!
The castle and the exhibition are just great, a large area for walking. That is, you can not only go on an excursion to the castle, but also take a walk and take pictures near it. The visit was slightly overshadowed by women who rudely drove the child away from the shop windows. I understand everything, working with a lot of people does their job. But looking at their faces, it was scary to breathe near the exhibits. There are few cafes nearby, in one of the cafes they again encountered dissatisfied faces, left, ate in an inn. It was a very tasty barbecue. In general, it is an excellent location for cultural pastime. 👍
The castle has been updated, there are enough expositions and information inside to get acquainted with the history, while they are well made and look very beautiful and impressive. The visit is definitely worth it.
There is a cafe inside, accommodation, people use it, so it is acceptable.
There is a shop at the castle, sweets, plates, cups, mugs, etc., also alcohol, but one woman said about it - the same thing is cheaper in the city.
Delicious ice cream is sold next to the castle. You may need cash at the stall, keep in mind
It's a beautiful place. The castle (but I would say the palace) is a must-visit, I recommend taking an excursion. There is a gorgeous park around, a quiet place for walking. There is even a beach where we managed to swim. The palace has a restaurant and a cafe, delicious, pleasant staff. But I couldn't manage to try the deer in any way)))), it was over by the time we arrived.
A very beautiful castle, beautifully restored rooms, the guide deserves special praise- she was gorgeous, told a lot more than she did on the tour itself, answered questions, told the legend about the ghost, really liked the interactive dives with the cook, the owner of the hunting hall and the owner of the white hall, thank you very much for the wonderful tour
A must-have place for tourists. It is usually visited after the Mir Castle. A palace with furniture, paintings, mirrors and fireplaces. It is better to have a guide. There is a beautiful garden around the castle. A beautiful dam across the river, where it is good to sit on a bench. Organized excursions are in a hurry, but it would be nice to devote a whole day to this place.
A very beautiful historical place! It is ideal for those who love historical sites to visit. The guides are simply amazing- energetic, they tell interesting stories, they conduct the tour with audio guides, you can always hear well. There is a restaurant in the castle, the food is very tasty, the strudel is unique)) I recommend
A beautiful castle. An interesting story. If you get a good guide, it's generally cool to listen. The territory is beautiful and large. It's a pleasure to walk.
If you go without a tour, then read the history, it will be more interesting to walk through the halls and parks. I liked the souvenir shop relatively: there are a lot of goodies, but I would like themed souvenirs about the castle.
An atmospheric castle located in the center of a picturesque park. The exhibition consists of many portraits of Prince Radziwill and his relatives. The architecture of the building is interesting, it has been restored very well, a lot of new things, but done neatly. There is a very pleasant park for walking around, many picturesque views.
I really liked the castle grounds and inside. A lot of old things, exhibits, paintings, household items, furniture. The park is clean. There are cafes and restaurants. You can go around the park on electric scooters. It is very good to go to such places with families with children. I recommend.
The perfect place.
There is food for everything.
To watch? The 3 floors of the exposition are filled with a variety of
Go for a walk? A huge park ensemble in front of and behind the castle
Parking? Both free Food to the complex and paid Food right on site
. There are many cafes both in the castle and nearby.
The cleanliness of the castle is perfect.
It's magical! In my opinion, the most beautiful castle in Belarus. A beautiful large park, the views of the castle are fascinating. I definitely recommend taking an audio guide inside. Inexpensive, but informative, there is a 1-2-minute story about each exhibit, very convenient. A must-visit!!!!!
The tour gave an opportunity to plunge into an unforgettable century, touch and enjoy the life of one of the main families of that time. A very beautiful and fascinating tour, I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the Nesvizh Castle (palace), who are working to preserve such an amazing monument. If you haven't been yet, I advise you to visit this landmark of the Republic of Belarus.
It's a very interesting place.. But to enjoy visiting the castle, you need a guide.. And we had him! The presentation of information is on top! I'm a bit of a history buff, but I've been around all the expositions twice.. Very quickly on my own at first.. And the impression was so-so.. The castle is like a castle.. But on the way out, I heard how the guide leads the group, it seems from the Russian Federation, and tells it so interestingly that involuntarily listening to him, I went around all the expositions again.. And the castle began to play with other colors..! Thanks to our guide.. I would go back there again..! I definitely recommend visiting this place...!
A great place for a family vacation! It is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural heritage of Belarus. Nesvizh Palace is an example of magnificent architecture with a worthy result of restoration work.
One of the best castles in Europe, with a beautiful park, surrounded by ponds. The beautiful and original interior of the castle, I especially liked the hunting hall. The castle complex has a place to eat, drink coffee with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature, the castle and the lake, you can walk in a large park.
A wonderful museum, perfectly restored, very good exposition. The park is very cozy, we were early in the morning, there are few people, but closer to the middle of the day, it turns into a buzzing hive. A great place, a must-visit if you come to Belarus.
Briefly about the main thing: "the 3 floors of the exposition are filled with a variety of things."
The main thing is short for budget employees:
"Every Monday of the month there is a huge discount on museum tickets)"!
An afterword for Reputable Citizens and Entrepreneurs (as an option, officials) of a great country:
"You can live in the castle, the prices are not biting, and you will get impressions through the roof."
A great place to spend the whole day here. Well-maintained large territory, you can rent boats, horses, foot-operated carts. There are herons and swans sitting on the beach, which come very close. There is a souvenir shop inside the castle, the entrance is cheap, you can even take an audio guide for some 4 rubles! A cool thing, I recommend it!
Awesome medieval castle, like from the movies. It is very beautiful and atmospheric. The tour is interesting, there are wonderful photos to remember. I was very impressed with this place, I am glad that I was able to visit it.
An amazing tourist destination, you can spend the whole day. It feels like you're walking into a fairy tale. An interesting museum, park, lake, lots of activities for both adults and children, clean, beautiful!!!!
A beautiful castle, well-maintained, interesting exposition, it is felt that the museum staff really love their work, they are happy to talk about the history of the castle and its owners. I recommend a mandatory visit, I learned a lot about the history of the principalities of Poland and Lithuania, about the Radziwill dynasty and their role in history
There is a very spacious park around the castle complex, which is good news.inside the castle there is a free hall (library) on the third floor for all visitors, be sure to go, because excursions do not reach there now. And of course, go with the tour - all employees are professionals and involve from the first minute)
A very significant place. It is very beautiful from the outside and from the inside. The huge presence of paintings, furniture, ornaments and other old and beautiful things presented inside. I definitely recommend it not only to lovers of antiquity, but also to those who love atmospheric places of the past. I took a lot of photos in the report.
A very beautiful and simply 100% steeped in history place. It is very impressive that with the help of modern technology, you can immerse yourself in the smallest details of that time.
And it is necessary to note separately the people who work in the castle. They are professionals in their field who will help visitors soak up the whole atmosphere of the castle!
Great place! Very beautiful, well restored, interesting. It is strange that there is very little information about it as a tourist attraction. They found it by accident.
There is a hotel at the castle! It was not possible to visit, but the very fact of spending the night in an ancient castle is cool!
The monument of the black maiden is remembered in the park. I recommend you to visit!
A wonderful castle, everything has been recreated and restored. It is very easy to come and buy a ticket for an excursion to the castle, where the history of the family, the castle and ancient legends will be told. You can walk around or walk around the courtyard, go to a couple of shops, sit in an outdoor cafe or restaurant.
A very interesting place! The castle is in excellent condition, there are many exhibits and galleries. There is a very beautiful park around the castle. You can park your car in the parking lot and walk to the castle through the beautiful park area.
Yes.. we were here... We took a taxi from Minsk... For 115 rubles (not to be confused, Belarusian - family, 4 people)... We reached the entrance.. and... what a beauty!!! Pancake... It's a very beautiful castle... We went in and bought a ticket to watch inside...cost... I don't remember entering the castle without a guided tour... But ours is a little more expensive than in Russia... You can check the cost on the museum's website... Or take an excursion to Minsk for 2 castles (Mirsky and Nesvizh + travel and meals)... I will not advertise a travel agency, but there is an uncle named Vasily in one of the companies... Try to get to him. He has something wrong with his right arm (a former injury)... But he's such a good guy - wherever you go, you'll be happy with him everywhere, because he tells a great story... Well done...
Probably, for "sophisticated" tourists, the place is not very significant. To get acquainted with the life of the local nobility is the very thing. For nature lovers, there is a huge park with historical sites and modern entertainment : electric cars, carriage rides, bicycles.
A beautiful place, well maintained, renovated. It's nice to walk even in the park around the castle. It is convenient that there is a bicycle rental to go around all corners of the area! I advise you!
The castle is incredibly beautiful! We are guests of the city and came to Minsk for 2 days, a friend insisted on spending the night at the castle, booking a Suite in advance. We arrived at the place, late at 10 p.m., checked in and a little later noticed that there was no remote control from the air conditioners, but they had already cooled the room down quite strongly, because they were working at full capacity, that we simply would not have fallen asleep and froze!! We call the reception one two three times, we didn't pick up the phone, considering that the reception is open around the clock!), at the same time - there are no phones in the suite, and how do you explain this ???? Then the admin woke up and finally answered our next call, I asked her where the remote control from the air conditioner was, she replied that it should be there)) And that she can 't do anything right now !!!
I also told her that in the second room, water ran strongly along the wall from the conder, but there was no answer to that either))
So what do you think, with the height of such ceilings, I climbed up to turn off the air conditioner on my own, stood on the back of a chair , climbed onto the closet and pressed the switch button with a hanger, and only in this way we solved the problem ourselves, but
paying such money for a suite!!!! Do you think guests should decide on their own comfort issues?? Why is this attitude? I would like to add about breakfast, they leave guests without a choice, they just bring oatmeal porridge (and if I don't eat it at all?) and then eggs with vegetables and sausages with coffee and croissants , I was additionally answered to the request for another cup of coffee - I had to pay extra))) and butter had to be asked 🙈🙈🙈well , you can at least make breakfast for Deluxe rooms without additional payment ! Guys , in such a beautiful castle , create a level of service so that it is on top 🔝we did not settle into a Standard but into a Suite ! We flew in specially and paid for the comfort
One of the most beautiful castles I've ever seen. Beautiful interiors, interesting layout, well-preserved furniture, decor, textiles. If you are lucky enough to have a guide, you will also hear many legends.
A very beautiful complex, including a palace with a functioning hotel and restaurants plus a large park for walking. It's a very interesting place. The splendor of the castle is amazing.
It's a very beautiful castle. The tour of the castle is quite interesting. The only thing that spoiled the whole impression was a visit to the cafe opposite the castle. I don't remember the exact name of the cafe, but with the letter B. The waiters simply ignored the customers. The menu was not brought, it is not clear what they were doing. We sat and left.. we went to a cafe nearby . We met there and said hello. It's almost self-service. It was a pleasure.
The castle is very beautiful, the excursions are interesting. Very well maintained area. There is a place to sit, relax, have a snack, restrooms are also acceptable. I recommend you to visit.
After walking around St. Petersburg and visiting us in Nesvizh, I am very glad that we have such beautiful castles with a huge history and a large number of exhibits. There are interesting excursions in the castle. There is a shop with chocolate and alcoholic souvenirs inside the castle, but it is frustrating that these are ordinary factory products, with the exception of chocolates, which, apparently, are made to order by a Communal apartment. I would also like exclusive alcoholic souvenirs.
The views are gorgeous, you can walk inside both by yourself and with a guide. Very clean, a lot of mobile transport, which you can ride in the park around the castle
I really liked the castle. The guides are wonderful, they tell interesting stories, answer questions in detail.
There are souvenirs and books for every taste in souvenir shops.
I'll come again)
A beautiful castle with an interesting history. Very good guides and acting in some halls. I'm glad I got to this place. Many thanks to the actors, it was unusual and I really liked it.
We visited
Nesvizh Castle today🏰
Nyasvizhsky zamak⚔️
It includes the
castle itself, castle fortifications, as well as a large landscape park.
The journey from Minsk took 1.5 hours.
The castle has long belonged to the richest family in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania - the Radziwills.
The Radzwills played a significant role in the political life of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Since the XVIII century, they have been known as patrons, collectors of portrait galleries, and founders of manufactories.
So we arrived and immediately went to these museums.
Everything is interesting, of course, but it was worth taking a guide to better understand what I'm looking at at all.
Well, there was nothing special in general, the museum was like a museum.
It was interesting for me to look at the porters of the families belonging to this family, knight's armor and, most importantly, swords 🗡️
The vibe of the Middle Ages was definitely🛡️!
The architecture is amazing, you can't say anything, Baroque.
In general, it resembles the Catherine Palace, just on a much smaller scale.
In my opinion, I attach the most interesting shots from the castle.
There is a fairly large park at the castle. The nature is beautiful, the territory is surrounded by ponds
of the Ushi river.
Ponds do not stink, although they bloom, colonies of ducks like everything👍🏻
The park is not very gentrified, but for me personally it is not critical. It was very pleasant to walk along it, so I advise you, nature is a thrill.
We also visited the town hall and the Catholic church in the vicinity of the castle. Well, there was nothing unusual there, just a beautiful temple and a boring town hall :).
There are many cafes on the territory, you can find something to profit from.
There are a lot of souvenir shops, but there is nothing particularly interesting there, magnets, postcards, plates.
The verdict:
As a historical place, the castle coped well with its duties, they looked at the history👍🏻
The park is great for walking👍🏻
The place is really beautiful, for walking and history lovers it's the best!
The place is picturesque, but it will take a lot of effort to explore everything.
The interior is fascinating, very clear navigation even without a guide. Thanks to those involved for the safety and support of the castle!!!
An interesting place from the point of view of history! It's beautiful, you can take a million unreal photos! Inside is a delicious cafe Hetman! I advise everyone to visit this place, preferably spend the whole day there!
A great, well-maintained place!!!! And the castle itself and the area around it, there is a park for walking, a lake. There is a cafe on site. It is mandatory to be included in the tourist route in Belarus
A deafening structure, large-scale, epic.
A miraculously restored historical monument. To get enough of them completely, you need to come here more than once. Preferably prepared informatively and emotionally. Then the stories of the wonderful guides will make a strong impression on you.
I recommend visiting with a relatively mature company, small children are bored and incomprehensible
It's an amazing place. Atmospheric photos are obtained) interesting architecture, interiors and history of the castle. 50% discount on visits for large families (even if you are from Russia, and not just a citizen of Belarus)
We visited the castle in July 2024, it is very beautiful, there is something to see, everyone liked it. But be sure to take a tour, otherwise you will get lost. The tour was held in one go, it was very interesting. Thank you very much.
