A completely incomprehensible attitude towards the client. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get an answer on the locks, their characteristics and functionality. I called again, and they finally gave me an answer. It was rude and incompetent ("what do you want from locks for 50 rubles", "I don't know anything, I sell locks" and all that sort of stuff). A very angry salesman. I don't recommend it.
