A surprisingly cozy hotel, however, it is now called Jupiter. It is located within walking distance to the main attractions of Baku.
The rooms are quite spacious, some even with a balcony. The 7-storey building has an elevator, a wonderful dining area (the so-called restaurant) with French windows and a wonderful view of the sea. The set of services corresponds to a 3-4-star hotel. The beds are comfortable, the linen is of high quality, towels are changed daily to fresh ones, shampoos / gels are replenished, drinking water is added. The staff at the reception generally deserve special praise: the guys solve any problems, speak both Russian and English, are friendly and always ready to help. And all this for a completely adequate price!!!
Breakfast, of course, is very meager and practically vegetarian - meat and fish dishes are absent in principle, the menu is modest and repeats daily, there is no coffee machine. However, all the positive aspects of staying at the hotel more than cover these disadvantages.
They lived in this department from October 22 to October 26, 2024. Great location, everything is within walking distance (promenade, shops, attractions, public transport). The staff is very friendly on any issue. The view from the window will not be particularly pleasing if you take it to the city. But at sea, if you have a 5th floor and above, the view is good. Of the small disadvantages, these are monotonous breakfasts. You can book directly on their official website and pay on the spot, so it turned out to be more profitable than through third-party services.
The hotel is perfectly located: a little away from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby (though only in the direction of the hotel). You can easily get from the airport by public transport-bus 125 will help you. Nearby there is a supermarket, a pastry shop and a pharmacy (at affordable prices you can buy medicines that have stopped being supplied to Russia)
The administrator greets you as best friends and helps you with everything.🧡
The room is quite comfortable. The view from the restaurant window to the sea is just a fairy tale.
Of the cons. There is no tea in the rooms, but there is excellent audibility.
The general impression was as if visiting close friends -I didn't want to leave until I cried.
The hotel is in a wonderful location. Every breakfast is an opportunity to admire the sunrise over the Caspian Sea. The room is nice, beautiful shower room. Friendly staff. Very affordable price. The breakfast is quite modest. I would like to add variety. It would be good to add tea bags with custard tea and instant coffee to the rooms. The Ferris Wheel and Carpet Museum are within walking distance from the hotel. The center is 6 minutes away by bus. I recommend a hotel to stay in.
A good hotel, well located. Clean and cozy rooms, polite and friendly staff. I was passing through the city, so I spent only 1 night at the hotel. I left before breakfast, but the attentive staff prepared a very tasty lunch box for me. The impression of staying at the hotel is excellent.
The breakfasts were held with such a view. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and most importantly, the staff is always ready to help. I had problems calling a taxi to the airport, the reception staff helped, and also wrapped a lunchbox due to an early departure. The location is great, near the shopping center and the carpet museum. There is an araz grocery store a minute's walk away, where you can buy sweets as a gift.
The hotel and reception are open around the clock, for which we thank them very much. We arrived for check-in at 3:30 a.m. Breakfast on the 7th floor with stunning sea views and an overview of the sights of Baku. The staff is friendly, they will suggest excursions, answer all questions. The rooms have all the necessary things, and even a couple of bottles of water. There are also coolers on each floor.
The staff speaks Russian and English, so there were no problems with understanding. There is a pharmacy, a shop, and small eateries near the hotel. The embankment is within walking distance
Great hotel. Not expensive! The breakfast is excellent, you can have a hearty snack. Wonderful baked goodies.
We checked in at night , but we didn't charge much for early check-in. There is only one hotel, but there are many names. Friendly staff, great guys are always in touch and speak excellent Russian.
My daughter lost her chain and the cleaner found it and gave it to me.Thank her very much. There are many supermarkets nearby with products similar to Pyaterochka. There is a pharmacy at the bottom of the hotel, and a cafe across the street.
A very tired hotel.
Dirty walls that need painting, stripped furniture, stained carpet.
Cleaning- they will not clean until you ask for it yourself. And if you ask, it's not a fact that they will clean up. On the third day, they asked for a change of towels and garbage removal, on the fourth day they finally cleaned up, on the eve of the day of departure)
The bathroom of the room stank of cigarette smoke, which was coming from the neighboring rooms. Moreover, smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Our complaints were answered that we had talked to the neighbors and they would not smoke, but at night we woke up to the smell of smoking. They promised to relocate, but in the end they did not relocate - allegedly there were no available rooms.
The Wi-Fi in the room only worked next to the front door. You go to the back of the room and everything is gone)
The hotel is undergoing renovation (which may be encouraging for future guests), so we enjoyed the sounds of the hammer and drill right from 9 a.m.
The breakfasts are monotonous and cold! There was nowhere to heat pancakes for the child.
The advantages of the hotel (they are): 1. The location is really convenient, 10 minutes walk from the old town, the embankment, the fanicular and other attractions. 2. restaurant on the 7th floor, where breakfast is served, with a beautiful view of the embankment.
I recommend thinking very hard before booking.
We booked a room for a family of four with breakfast via Yandex Travel. We received a description of the room - two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
Their check-in is standard at 14.00, we arrived around 15.00 and waited for more than an hour for the room to be prepared. And hooray! they put us in and where, right? in a one-room room with four beds in a row, like in a hostel)))
After a long argument, we were offered a room corresponding to the description. To avoid the thought that I am exaggerating, I have attached photos of both bathrooms and the bedrooms themselves.
The location is not bad, the view at the breakfast is gorgeous, which cannot be said about it, you can eat it at most twice, the rest of the days, we just ate in other cafes.
A wonderful place! Wonderful friendly staff at the reception. I recommend rooms with sea views. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The price and quality are pleasantly surprising.
Good level of service, excellent location , sea view , 3 minutes to the embankment, to all places, rivers to visit for the first time 20-30 minutes on foot, price, quality 👍
Wonderful Zam-Zam hotel in Baku! I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff greeted me. They helped with the check-in at 4 a.m. Everyone speaks excellent Russian. They told me about the city, traditions, cuisine and gave me a lot of useful tips. The room was very clean, with the necessary amenities, and the window had a stunning view of the sea and the dawn. And all this at a very affordable price, which is another advantage of this hotel! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Baku. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
The service was disgusting, the staff was rude, and the young man at the reception was rude. The room has a stained carpet and a dirty shower stall. We lived on the fifth floor and the hotel had absolute audibility. The strange rule is one person - one blanket, it is impossible to sleep on mattresses, it is very uncomfortable. We couldn't get enough sleep before the flight, the impression of the city was completely ruined.
I highly recommend not to visit, the hotel is more like a communal apartment, very crowded.
I liked the hotel.
They greeted us politely, arrived at about 2 a.m. The location, of course, is good, but we did not go down to the sights on foot.
A good breakfast with a great view. The room is clean.
The only drawback is a weak air conditioner.
We were in July 2024. An excellent hotel almost on the shore of the Baku embankment. Very polite staff - special thanks to them for everything! We took it with breakfast- also without complaints, everything is delicious, the buffet system. The rooms are renovated, the linen is clean. Good location from the sights. I recommend it to everyone!!!
I really liked the hotel. The location is not bad, a little away from the sights, but within walking distance. Quiet and calm. Good breakfast. The room is clean, everything you need is there. For such a small amount of money, wonderful.
I did not like the hotel, the rooms were not very clean, the breakfast was weak, they gave out accounting documents for a very long time, they cheated on the availability of a fitness room at the hotel.
Nice hotel, close to the airport.10 minutes to the embankment. Opposite there is a cafe and a restaurant, convenient. The rooms are clean. Large bed, good bed linen. I asked for an iron and a kettle, they brought it right away. There is breakfast. I couldn't try it, I left early in the morning. There is a Russian-speaking manager. A convenient hotel for transit, I advise.
Excellent inexpensive hotel-hostel, polite and sociable staff, know Russian, English, which is very nice.. The room is clean, buffet breakfast is included in the price
I liked everything, it was clean, a great view from the restaurant where breakfast is held, for breakfast eggs, sausages, milk, vegetables, cheeses, everything is enough, maybe someone is far from the center, but for those who like to walk it is quite pleasant to walk along the embankment

The hotel is located in a good location,
the boulevard is within walking distance
The rooms are clean
The staff is very polite, they will tell you everything and show you without any problems
The breakfast is good
It justifies its price and even more
Of the disadvantages, there is only one pink toothbrush, but no one promised it
We would have come back again.
The feelings of the hotel are ambiguous. A huge plus is the staff who tries to solve all the issues and help. A huge minus is breakfast, I have never met worse in my life. There were no porridges for 5 days, there are no pastries for tea, not a single liver or buns. Instant coffee in a jar in the form of powder. Every morning there is only an edible omelet, cheese, sausage and tortillas with herbs. Yes, another parody of Olivier. I haven't seen plastic dishes yet. We didn't go to breakfast for a couple of days, bought yoghurts and cheeses and ate in the room.
We didn't have a view from the window, we saw the wall of the neighboring building, a distance of at least 2 meters to it.
The location is generally fine, you can walk along the embankment to the shopping center on foot, to the promenade boulevard. Nearby pharmacies and supermarkets.
We were during the Formula 1 Grand Prix. By taxi to Azneft 2 manats.
We will definitely not go to this hotel anymore. We will take the location closer to the highway and more interesting.
On the last day there was a terrible smell of sewage from the bathroom.
Many thanks to the hotel and especially Ilgar and Rulan, they made your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are delicious.
The staff is friendly. But there were questions about the settlement. I've been sitting in the lobby since 8 a.m., no one has checked out, that is, my room should have been free. But I was settled only at 14.00, although I really asked to do it earlier. The room was given with a view of the construction site and they were constantly doing something there. When I asked to be relocated, they first wanted me to pay extra for the best room category (supposedly I have a standard room, so it's normal that construction will go on all day). However, after the showdown, I was moved to another hotel of a similar type.
People were settled in the previously screened room at the booking. No alternative options were offered. At 22.00 local time, they remained practically on the street. We were able to check into the neighboring Madina Hotel, which also belongs to this company. After registration, the documents are not provided, at the slightest request to issue documents confirming the settlement, they are fed breakfast. In fact, on the day of departure, we received a receipt and documents with different amounts. The staff both in the first case, as in the first case with the settlement, and in the second with the documents, they did not even try to solve the problem and explain. When choosing a hotel, I advise you to think several times.
A normal hotel, with a good location, excellent staff, reasonable prices
But, there are nuances:
The cabin leaks
The toilet is wobbling
Monotonous breakfasts
A normal option in terms of price and quality ratio. There was a rotten smell in the bathroom.

Positive:
+Good location
+View from the window, if the view number
Minuses:
-very dirty in the rooms, that's right very, hair, dirty floor, dirty towels, toilet and taps
-if you live on the 6th floor, you will wake up in the morning from the fact that chairs are moving on the 7th (this is where breakfast is), so it's disgusting to scratch on the floor (your ceiling)
- as soon as we checked in, we didn't have any towels in the room, none, they asked us to bring them, they brought dirty ones right in some dark dust, they replied to the remark "yes, it was just ironed well, and soiled a little bit"
- terrible breakfasts, imagine the most unpresentable dishes, did you imagine? They will be waiting for you in the morning.
Terrible coffee-brown water, terrible sausages, potatoes, from all this you can only eat something similar to shakshuka.
-the girl below wrote that plastic tableware is just terrible, that's how it can be bad?))) you will think, but she is really terrible, she smells so that I felt the smell of rotten eggs without smells from covid for two years
- the cleaning is terrible, they come, change towels and that's it, they won't wipe the table, the floor won't be vacuumed:(
-terrible Wi-Fi, works for 2 minutes, then you need to re-train
I'm so sorry that we thought "yes, good reviews, a couple of negative ones don't count" and came here.
If you want comfort, not here
If you just spend the night - a great option
Cozy hotel , within walking distance of the old part of Baku. Near currency exchange banks, cafes, shops. The staff is polite. We recommend it.

It's a good place, food is brought relatively quickly, only low-alcohol drinks are visible due to the fact that there is no license, but they are working on it. There is something to compare it with.
A new hotel, a large cozy room for two, a very good location near a public transport stop, the embankment is within walking distance, 20 minutes walk to the old town. Good breakfasts, dinner next to the cafe adjacent to the lobby. Nearby shops: Bail market, vegetable, bread. The hotel staff is responsive, friendly, they try to help in everything.
We had a rest in September 2019. We had two rooms (309 and 409). The rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable. The staff at the reception is client-oriented. Breakfast is a regular buffet in a city hotel. We had enough. There is also a Kebab restaurant - we had lunch and dinner there once. Everything is delicious and really budget-friendly compared to restaurants in the city. The location of the hotel is great: everything is within walking distance and there is everything you need nearby. Thank you to the hotel staff! Wonderful city! Wonderful people! I recommend the hotel!
A good number of rooms. Good breakfasts. Within walking distance of a bank, restaurants, cafes, market. And the construction site... immediately when choosing a room, insist that the windows go anywhere, just not to the house under construction.
For me, a big plus was the territorial proximity of the embankment, the Boulevard, which contributed to daily evening walks, the opportunity to admire the Caspian Sea.
The hotel is new, there is not even anything to complain about. Calmly and the prices are reasonable (for two you can meet 2.5 tr. including breakfast). The main attractions are within walking distance. On the upper floors there is a great view from the window.
I didn't find any disadvantages for this price
Great hotel.Cozy, clean, friendly guys at the reception.
I would be happy to advise all my friends who decided to see Baku.(all within walking distance)
