As I studied thirty years ago, this school has always existed. Some of the premises are rented out. Workshops are raeoren. It exists and is repaired at the expense of parents. Until recently, she was Russian-speaking. The teaching level is low. Teachers rely on tutoring, because it's pure money. Children, in general, the teacher, and the staff are indifferent to. Almost every class has children who are humiliated by the class staff. Teachers are indifferent to this.
