Fitting rooms are super dirty, even mirrors are covered in dust
The staff is rude, to questions about where to find a particular product, the consultants kick back: "look there", "can't you find it? so everything is on hand" and so on. (For comparison, it is much more pleasant to shop in the Green, and the staff will always help)

Zara for me personally is no longer the same as it was 8-10 years ago when I was abroad in it. The quality is gone, there is no choice, they try to follow fashion trends more, which is not for me. I want quality and style. But for fans of this format, this is probably the right place.

There is a lot of choice, but there are few new products, or rather they simply do not exist and disgusting consultants. We have to persuade them to look at the product according to availability. I saw a blouse on a manicure, but I didn't find it in the hall. I went to a consultant to help me find a blouse, the answer is the last one. After persuasion, I still looked at the stock availability and, lo and behold, everything is there. Two things on the site were available in the store, but it was not even possible to persuade them to look at the availability-there are no such things and that's it! In front of the cash register there is a stand with perfumes, which everyone passing by apparently felt obliged to spray. There is a queue at the checkout, because there is only one cash register. I took a queue and stood aside so as not to smell what I didn't like. My turn came, the girl at the checkout asked if I was standing in line, I answered yes, but apparently some letters in the word "yes" were not clear to her and she continued to interrogate me about standing in line. The service is disgusting, the mood is spoiled. I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, but none of the consultants pulled for it and did not bring it. I ask the management of this store to pay attention to the attitude of consultants to customers. I mean the shift working on May 19, 2022

I love the Zara brand, but today's trip to this store just outraged me to the point of horror! Boorish workers, dirty things hang in an untidy state, everything is bad with the fitting rooms too (dirty). Arrogant attitude towards customers or simply indifference!
