At the last moment, before receiving critical damage with a vase of 150 rubles, I put it under attack, as if I were giving an unnecessary figure to be eaten. It worked, another pawn was defeated, albeit with victims. Next up is the home fragrance department. I always have an ace up my sleeve for such an occasion. More precisely, in my pocket. In order not to receive a fatal blow of 200 rubles with a jar of aromatic liquid, I take out of my pocket and inhale the smell of free ETIB samples, which are regularly given to me during my expeditions at the appropriate stall. The girl on the trading floor politely answered the question that the store has a gift certificate system. But another employee (name is Diana) – at the checkout - demonstrated an unacceptable format of communication. The tone of communication, intonation, and facial expressions were "condescending" - condescending and dismissive – they answered my questions with irony and subtext, trying to indirectly express superiority. I myself have been working with people for many years – HR service (including recruitment) – there is a professional "oversight", I see personnel risks immediately. In stores, especially at this level, I expect tactful and friendly communication with the customer and a desire to help the buyer. Unfortunately, I did not see high-quality customer service from an employee at the checkout. Since I bought the certificate for the first time, I did not know that any amount could be credited to ONE gift card, I did not know that the balance would be visible in the system (if the purchase was made for an amount less than the amount included in the certificate), expiration dates, etc. – so I expected that I would be given several cards and each one would have their nominal value is written. After hearing my 1st question and realizing my ignorance, the employee pretended that she did not understand my question and instead of a correct explanation for such "beginners" as me about the features of the ZARA certificate system, she began to communicate with a subtle mockery, covered by a serious form of expression. She knew exactly what she was doing. Please contact the management of the chain - pl., when conducting the next assessment of sales staff, pay attention to the soft skills of an employee or find a way to explain to her that asserting yourself at the expense of customers is a bad method for professional growth, which, among other things, entails reputational risks for the store. The inability and unwillingness of the staff to work with different types of clients is repulsive. Your store is interesting – I've been looking at it closely – but such situations are upsetting and do not bring you closer to becoming a customer or responding positively about the store in your social circle. The woman standing in front of me had some problems with payment, after which the woman standing behind me began to shout to call someone for another cash register. After that, an employee quickly came running and stood behind the cash register. Since I was already the first in line, I naturally put my goods at the checkout, after which the woman standing behind me began to rudely tell me that since she called an employee to the checkout, she would be served first out of turn. I asked why? After all, we are standing in the same queue . To which she told me in a commanding tone that I should go to another cash register and wait there. To which the seller did not take my side, but picked up the things of that screaming woman, thereby acting unprofessionally and dishonestly towards the buyer. Frankly speaking, at this moment I was just confused by such boorish behavior of a screaming lady and the behavior of an indifferent employee . But still, the screaming woman could not buy without waiting in line, as it turned out that payment at this checkout was only possible in cash and she was sent to the checkout where she sent me. There was no limit to her indignation, standing behind me, she spewed negativity at everyone for a long time, and the employee remained silent. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste after visiting this store and its employee Nadezhda. I do not recommend this place for shopping, it has a very slow service and an unprofessional approach to customers.
On March 1, we bought goods for 3000+ bel.rub. one of the wooden shelves was defective, which was discovered after payment. To which the polite consultants apologized and promised to make a replacement in the coming weeks after the goods arrive at the warehouse. But for almost three weeks, no one deigned to contact us... I am very disappointed ...
