You can say a restaurant from the past. The place is cozy, the prices are above average, but you will not find many dishes in ordinary restaurants and there is a very annoying topic called "Dress code". If you do not want to wear a white shirt and black trousers in the summer of 60 degrees, then you are not welcome there. Whether you go or not is up to you, but I don't advise it. There are better and tastier places, it's better to go to that place than here.
Cool restaurant, cozy, nice to sit, live music, but sooo expensive dishes. Yes, the names of the dishes sound exquisite, but you can taste better in another teahouse. For example, steaks. They are dry and hard. Alcoholic beverages are twice as expensive as in the store, if not more. The staff is friendly and efficient (of course, for that kind of money)
