Of the minuses, we were on Saturday (music in the restaurant until 00.00), the windows of our room looked out into the courtyard, where the restaurant is (on the street). At night, someone was rattling outside the window, if you close it, it's hot, and the cooling system in the room did not work.
The restaurant has a lot of European dishes on the menu, it's delicious. The breakfasts are normal, standard (everything is cold, but everything can be heated in the microwave.
The hotel is great. The room is clean, cozy, everything you need is a bathrobe, slippers, hygiene products, kettle, refrigerator, breakfast is varied and delicious, the staff is polite. But for the average person, prices bite. But I did not regret that I settled there, I liked it.
We stayed more than once in this hotel, everything was great, but in mid-September we booked rooms. the guests came from Europe, we were confident in this hotel, but we disgraced ourselves alas and ah, there are no slippers in the tooth. on request, there are cockroaches in the room like at home.We arrived in rooms 305 and 314
A great hotel, I really like the design, the rooms are beautifully decorated, hygiene products are present. What I liked separately was the presence of an ironing board and an iron, in addition to a good-quality hair dryer. There is a refrigerator in the room. The cuisine is delicious, there is so much variety in the choice. The design of the dining room is also beautifully presented in the purple color of the furniture, which I found very interesting.
I often stay at this hotel for work, and previously it was my favorite. But lately, probably since they attached the name Dedeman to the hotel, the hotel began to deteriorate actively, for the last 2 visits:
A cockroach in the room and a broken door to the shower;
Do they forget or do not put water in the room every day;
At the reception late at night, I used to not find a single employee standing and shouting for 10 minutes;
Breakfasts (their excellent and rich breakfasts) are getting scantier ...
At the same time, since then the price per room has become 400 for single occupancy.
I do not recommend this hotel.
1. The rooms are in poor condition, not all have a refrigerator, sagging mattresses
2. The smell in the rooms on the 3rd floor
3. The staff is not trying hard enough
The menu is very varied and very tasty, the service is excellent. We have lived here for 10 days, everything is wonderful. The breakfasts are incomparable.
One of the good hotels in Navoi, the rooms are a little different, but the restaurant is great. The prices are comparable to those in Tashkent, similarly. The restaurant's menu has a wide range. Recommend.

Upon arrival, accommodation was paid immediately in the amount of 1.832.000 soums. At the check-out, we were given a check only for 1.800.000, explaining that in the system they have a price of 600.000 per room and they cannot break through 32.000.
As a result of long (!) efforts, they issued a second check, but conducted it as a laundry service.

The hotel is normal and clean. The restaurant is delicious, in the evening it is a problem for residents to have dinner in a calm atmosphere as there are a lot of people buzzing the streets and loud music. Maybe the hotel needs one restaurant room. Make only the residents
Apparently this is the best department in Navoi. But the walls are probably made of cardboard, because the audibility of the neighbors is surprising. There are animals in the form of cockroaches. The restaurant does not know what fresh bread (tortillas) is. The rest of the food is very tasty. Music in the restaurant in the style of chanson

At the time of our arrival, the hotel was renovated. The security system was in "god" mode - this is when you can open any door with your key. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, but there were minor mows such as a non-working outlet, cracks on the tiles in the shower, obscenely done repairs in the dining room (plaster was falling from the ceiling while they were having breakfast). Of the advantages, these are neat rooms, the presence of small things like a shaving kit and a comb, an iron, a kettle, etc., an excellent breakfast, a sooooo varied menu, very polite staff, the presence of a private parking lot with a canopy and the ability to charge electric cars
4 stars is cool.There is a sauna, a swimming pool. The reception is friendly. The staff is executive. The rooms are very comfortable. Towels and bed linen are changed every morning, there is no need to talk about it.
