We stayed on March 22-23, 2025, three rooms on the second floor. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Our room had a bathroom, and there were showers in the neighboring rooms. Everyone was satisfied with the breakfast, everyone found something to taste and special thanks for the coffee machine)
A special advantage, of course, is the location, 5 minutes walk to Registan. We were with children in strollers, walking quietly through the center, Registan, Gur Emir, BibiHanum are all nearby.
The disadvantages are slightly outdated repairs, not snow-white towels, and a shower was running in one of the rooms. By 11 p.m., the hot water ran out ((it was barely warm, it was not comfortable to take a shower.
But + is definitely much more and we will be happy to stay there next time.

An excellent hotel for the format of a family guest house. Clean, everything is working, there is no noise of cars. Breakfast may not be varied, but everyone ate too much. Beautifully decorated. Location is the most important plus. All the sights are nearby. The streets are illuminated in the evening, there is a place to walk. We liked it!

I liked the hotel as a whole. Beautiful territory, swimming pool in the yard. The room is clean, freshly renovated, but it is clear that the most inexpensive materials were used. I lowered the rating for the poor water pressure in the shower and the poorly functioning air conditioner. But all the sights and restaurants are within walking distance.

Very nice private hotel.
Close to all the attractions. The breakfasts are good. Next to the hotel there is a local cafe where you can have dinner. Very tasty, we spent almost every evening there. The cost of dinner is 300 rubles per person

The hotel is located in a quiet location, close to many attractions. There is a Registan, a bazaar, a pedestrian street, a park nearby. The hotel has a patio with tables and a small pool. The rooms are not very large, made in a modern style and clean. The only drawback was that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is not very varied - mainly bread, rolls, sliced sausage and cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes, tea and instant coffee. There are also two tea houses and a small shop next to the hotel.

This is not just a Super Hotel in the heart of Samarkand , the city of the Great Silk Road , it is also a living museum with real exhibits of oil paintings of ancient and very valuable collections that are more than 300 years old .
I recommend that you definitely visit and see to live for a few days and feel yourself in the very center of events. And the staff just doesn 't comment . Very polite and attentive. Feel like you are in London.

Very kind guys at the reception, checked us in earlier than expected and sent us to breakfast after arrival, such care was pleasant. We had a room on the ground floor, I call them the ground room – well, that is, the door immediately
from the street to the room. Because of this, the window is low, plus it also overlooks the courtyard
and therefore the room is dark. But in fact, this is a very good hotel, the rooms are spacious enough, there is everything you need, excellent breakfasts, a nice courtyard where you can sit, the location is excellent – across the street from Registan Square. By the way, many Europeans lived in this hotel with us, I think this is one of the indicators that it is really decent.
