It's not much of a shop, it's expensive. It is more expensive than in other stores, in a vegetable store they sometimes sell rotten "discounted" vegetables, fruits that need to be thrown away, because nothing can be done with them, it is rot. The smell is a little present, not pleasant sometimes.
